"Anna, sweetheart it's good to seen you" Ryan said as he came towards me with open arms.

" Morning Ryan" I said bluntly as I dodge his embrace. He placed his hands over his heart and pretend to be offended, while his friends where snickering behind him. I sent them a glare and they immediately stopped.

" So what are you doing here?, you don't go to school anymore" I snapped.

" why so bitchy today Ann?, anyway Tim the guy I work with his brother got kicked out of school and had to come here so I'm showing him around" Ryan said casually. Before I had time to ask who he was a squeal came from behind me.

"RYAN, HONEY. OMG I NEVER KNEW YOU WERE HERE!" Jess screamed from the other side of the car as she was struggling with a ton of folders.

"Jessie, baby" Ryan replied as he raced around the car and wrapping his arms around her so tightly she dropped all the folders and let out a squeal when he picked her up and spun her round before planting a kiss on her lips. I couldn't bare to watch, I was stuck third wheeling with them everyday for the past year, I couldn't look at what I didn't have.

"Erm... Jess..Jess??, separate your mouths for a moment?" I moaned as they continued to show their affection.

"Mmm.. what?" Jess asked breathlessly as she pulled away.

"Class, ya know that thing that starts in 5 minutes" I moaned again.

" ohhhh yeah, well Ryan baby I will see you after school" she said as she picked up the folders, I walk around the car towards the building and to join Jess.
She let out a giggle as Ryan slapped her ass before walking away. I rolled my eyes in disgust.

" Don't act like that anna, he's just playing" Jess said still giggling.
" ANNA, YA GROUCH, FUCK SOMEONE AND LIGHTEN UP ALREADY " I heard Ryan shout from behind me. Making me want to walk back and beat the crap out of him.

" FUCK A CACTUS YA ASSHOLE" I screamed back. All I heard yet again was snickering.

"Maybe he's right Anna, maybe what you need is a boyfriend to give you a little loving might make you happier" Jess agreed.

" Well just because I'm respecting myself and still a virgin doesn't mean I'm not happy" I snapped. Jess stopped with tears in her eyes.

" Are you saying I don't have respect because I slept with Ryan" she shouted at me, making me flinch. She turned and began walking the other direction.

" Jess, you know I don't mean......" aww heck just leave it, it's not my fault she doesn't understand. I proceeded to storm towards school, and now I really was pissed off.

I stormed to my locker, giving everyone the stink eye making sure they knew not to mess with me today. I reach my locker and spin in my combination, stuffing my book in my bag and slamming it shut. Making the couple making out beside me jump. I gave them a bitchy smile and walked away. 2 minutes to the bell and I wasn't going to be late for class I haven't been late.for 3 years and its a record.

I kept my head down as I walked through the hall so no one would talk to me but all of a sudden, a tall built figure smacks into me, knocking me flat on my ass and my books flying out my bag.

" Asshole!" I shouted as I picked myself up and dusted myself off.

" Well isn't that a lovely way to greet the new kid" an unfamiliar voice laughed. I look down to see a well built guy with black hair picking up my books. As he stood up he towered over me, making me feel so small and less scary. He had light blue eyes that I could stare at all day. Snap out of it Anna.

" Well you bumped into me, what do you expect" I snapped trying to keep my pissed off look as he handed me my books back.

" Well you were the one walking with your head down" he was still laughing. It was true but I refuse to take the blame. I opened my mouth to argue but he interrupted me.

" I'm Ethan by the way" he said with a grin and out stretched his hand for a shake.

" Anna" in said bluntly, shaking his hand. He had soft hand. Stop it Anna.

" A beautiful name for a beautiful girl" he smirked as his eyes raked over my body, making me blush. Why was I blushing. He just knocked me over.

" flattery doesn't cover the fact you knocked me over" I snapped at him but still blushing a little.

" Well then I do apologize, my lady" he smirked again while putting on a British accent. He was about to say something else when he was stopped.

" ETHAN, GET YOUR ASS HERE NOW" a voice shouted behind me, startling us both. The colour drained from Ethan's face but before i could ask the ringing off the bell made everyone go wild, trying to get to their classes. Ethan pushed passed me towards the voice, I tried to follow him with my eyes but he soon disappeared into the crowed. So I decided to just go to class and hope I won't bump into him again.

For the rest of the day I spent zoning off in class thinking about smirking boys with sparkling green eyes. No matter how many times I tried to shake the thought it just came back. Before I knew it the bell was ringing for the end off school and like always a lazily walked home. But somehow something felt different.
