Hannah's POV

As the sound of the chainsaw got closer and closer, Grace burried her head into my shoulder. "This is it", she cried. "This is the end". As the man in the clown mask lunged at the girls in the film, Grace shrieked. Goose started barking uncontrollably, looking to see why her owner was in trouble. "Okay babe, shh. I'm turning it off". The room went black as I turned off the movie. I looked into her eyes and wiped a tear away as it rolled down her cheek. "Everything is okay. I'm here, it's safe". As she began to calm down, I looked for a distraction. "Babe" I said. "I'll go grab is some wine, be right back". It took me a while to find the wine glasses, since they were in a completely different location from last week. That's how I know when she had a lot to do; she did everything but her work. I heard someone creeping around, and a door close so I hurried. I filled the glasses with her favorite red wine and carefully walked into the living room. "Grace?" I called. She was no where to be seen. The autumn breeze came through the window, making my hair a mess in my face. As I put the glasses down to fix it, car headlights illuminated the hallway, showing someone run away, further down the hall. "Grace?" I called again, picking up a pink flamingo lawn ornament to protect myself. "HANNAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!" came Grace's cry, full of fear. "I'M COMING BABY!!!" I screamed back, running to the bathroom where I heard her cry from. As I opened the door, pink flamingo ready to strike, I saw Grace on her knees in a corner. I looked where she was pointing and saw a......... spider. As I dropped the flamingo and rolled my eyes at Grace, I picked up some toiled paper and carried the spider outside. When I came back inside, Grace was sitting on the couch, sipping on her wine like nothing had happened. "Grace you scared me!" I stomped, trying to stay mad at her. It was hard when the streetlights illuminated her face in all the right places. "I'm sorry baby" Grace said making a frowny face. "What can I do to make it up to you?" With no hesitation, I said "Oh Grace". I slid onto the couch, pulling Grace onto my lap. "You know exactly how" a purred in her ear. She looked at me with wide eyes as I began to passionately kiss her, the love of my life.
