Night wandering Part 4

Lying as still as a statue, being destroyed in the wind and rain, helpless, I was running, faster and faster, just around and around, no idea where I was going-until I turned round and a large demon was facing me I screamed, a horrifying scream. Then I woke up. Sweaty, and exhausted, I was still in the same damp room, I was safe-for now. Outside was pitch black, I could hear the mumbles of chatter from outside-probably people on some type of night duty. Anyways, I had no idea where I was so why not explore? Slowly, I stepped out of my bed onto the cobbled floor, I tip-toed over to the door and slid it open ever so slightly. Straight away I spotted a small group of people walking around with spears-spears? Why do they need to arm themselves? This place isn't dangerous-what I've seen of it. The door made a slight creek and the people began to frantically look around..my blood ran cold. I didn't need to get spotted it was only my first night-"AGHH" I screamed out through a hand snatching at my mouth.
"What the hell do you think your doing?!" They hissed.
"Hmphhg" I mumbled.
"Just go back to sleep!!" They whispered aggressively.
Who even was this mysterious figure? I clambered back into my bed and stared at the figure-they just glanced back at me with sparkling blue eyes, like the ocean. I fell asleep straight away.
The next morning, I had the worst headache possible, was I drugged last night..? That's what it felt like..I saw the person clearly and then I just blacked out. Delanie came cautiously into my room, with a rose-patterned tray, full of breakfast-cups of tea and a few pieces of toast, she gave me a bright smile "How are you today?" She questioned cheerily.
"uh..not to great-last night I don't even-" I answered
"Yeah I heard-you might not want to mention that..." She interrupted.
I just nodded, she must've heard, or watched what happened even..she smiled awkwardly then left the room. How did she work that out? Smart kid.
