It Takes One Word - Chapter Nine
A month into our relationship, and we were already in complete love with eachother. I know it sounds crazy; but we loved eachother, and we were crazy kids.
Each kiss got sweeter - each embrace got warmer. I just knew Ed was the one. Elle thought we would be together forever; which made me think the same way. Ed was perfect - everything was perfect with him around me.
He made me smile, he made he laugh, and he let me be me. Ever since my mom and dad divorced, I felt like I wad trapped on being happy, to act like nothing effected me on the divorce for my dad; but Ed made me feel happy. Not fake happy- but a real happy feeling. I loved him for that.
That one word "love" that he said in the park a month earlier made me complete. It felt like it only takes one word "love" to change everything- until June 21st that year.
