"Whelp, here it is guys," Sky said as they all stood in front of the door with the number 420 on it. The three girls could barely contain their excitement and were acting like giggly school girls.

"Okay, we need to calm down," Amanda stated after taking a deep breath. "We have to be cool."

Sky replied, "When am I not cool?" and added a dramatic hair flip. They all started laughing again knowing that Sky definitely was not cool. Though Jordan and Amanda had their fair share of awkward moments, Sky took the cake. "Awkward," was just part of her personality.

Jordan finally knocked on the door and they were greeted by a grinning Dylan. They tried not to drool. "Hey! I'm so glad you guys could make it!" Dylan exclaimed while giving them small hugs.

"Thanks for inviting us!" Amanda replied happily. Dylan went to go grab the girls some drinks while they wandered into the living room. The apartment was similar in layout to their own but it felt a bit smaller, probably because of the fact that it actually had furniture in it while the girl's apartment was still empty. They imagined that there would be a lot more people here, though they don't know why they made that assumption. There were still about 30 people, which were either talking, dancing, drinking, or doing all three at the same time. Sky noticed a couple in the corner making out quite aggressively and she couldn't help but stare with a horrified look on her face. They would probably end up behind closed doors in a few minutes. She was pulled out of her thoughts when someone bumped- more like fell- into her.

"Oh god I am so sorry. That was a complete accident, I really didn't mean to. Are you okay?" The tall stranger was rambling apologies and Sky was quick to reassure him that it was alright. "I'm sorry," he said again and then awkwardly laughed. His british accent and cute dimples did not go unnoticed. "I don't think I've seen you guys before. We haven't met have we?" the man asked, now looking at all three of them.

"No. We just moved into this building," Jordan answered. "I'm Jordan, and this is Amanda and Sky," gesturing to each of them. Amanda and Sky smiled in greeting.

"So you're the new neighbors Dylan was telling me about! I'm Dan. Dylan and I share this flat together."

"Oh. Well it's good to meet you! It's nice of you to have us over," said Manda while Jordan and Sky nodded in agreement. He was cute. Two beautiful humans of the male species in one household? And they happen to live in the same building as them?? It felt like a dream. "Seems like a fun party." Dan rolled his eyes with an annoyed, "Ugh."

"I didn't know anything about it until just a few hours ago. Dylan sprung the idea onto me and I really didn't have a choice. But it's not all that bad," he smiled.

Jordan looked to Manda and Sky trying to communicate telepathically with them. 'Did Dylan invite us to a party before the party even existed?' she thought.

'OMG do you think Dylan is only having this party because of us??' Manda pitched in through telepathic wavelength. Sky's eyes widened.

"I see you've met my roommate," Dylan appeared suddenly. The girls thanked him as he handed them all bottles of beer and gave one to Dan too.

"Yeah, we were just discussing how you decided to have this party so LAST MINUTE," Dan said with a joking tone.

"Oh." Dylan laughed nervously and rubbed the back of his neck while blushing slightly. This only seemed to confirm the girl's suspicions.

Not wanting Dylan to feel embarrassed, Sky broke the short awkward silence. "Well I'm glad you did because I am ready to have some fun!" she cheered and took a swig of her drink. "Let's dance!" She dragged Jordan and Amanda toward the center of the living room where others were dancing and singing to the music.
