I was playing with my little brother Fletch. I was chasing him around with a fake spider toy. He ran to mum. One look at mum and he burst into tears like he always does, so mum sat me down and said she will give me a punishment tomorrow. And of course she didn't forget...

"Turn that television off Mr" she points to my old but good enough Tv which stands on my dresser. "Mum it just got good!" I shout waving my hands up. "I don't care!" She grabs the remote and shuts off the Tele. "Schools in an hour, get dressed and then come down for breakfast" Well at least I get pancakes for breakfast like a normal Monday morning. "And you can have toast this morning" mum barks slamming the door. Man is she in a bad mood or what. No pancakes?!
School that morning was a nightmare. As I walk down the hallway to my locker, everyone is talking about the game this morning. "Oh my god, did you hear what happened to Messi?!" Or, "apparently he had to go to the hospital for his leg" and, "I hope he's ok, best player on that team, they need him" I sigh as I see Ben my best mate jogging up the hallway to me, "Hey Spencer, you watched the game this morning right?" I shrug, "Half of it at least, my mum was in a real bad mood" he grins, "Hard luck, maybe the next game. I hear they're playing France next" I nod, we walk to our English class. Mr banks is yelling at the year tens for not completing their project. Whoops, looks like he's going to be yelling at us year elevens for not doing our project. This is a bad day.
