Chapter 6

Hay sorry for updating really late but I have been getting ready for my exams at school

I wake up with a pounding headache, I stretch my sore body out and realise I was in the spear room.

I think to myself as I slip off the couch and go into Dylan's office, I see Jay sleeping there on one of the couches with an arm under his head and the other hanging off the edge.

I walk over to the water bottle and grab it and take a sip, I look at the time and see its 10 in the mourning. Usually the bar is open but Dylan has shut it for today since I'm here and also had to do some personal stuff.

I grab my computer and put my USB into it and put my password in which is my mother's name Roseline. Once its loaded up I search my music and I get to and grab my guitar and walk out to the stage like area in the bar.

I sit my laptop on the desk and sit on the stoll that was there. I strum a few notes and start to sing a song I used to sing with my mum. 'Show you by Shawn Mendes'

I finished the song off and hopped down off the stool when a lonely tear fell down my cheek. I wipe away the tears and put my guitar back in its case and shut down my laptop.

Once I finished packing up I walk to the bar and grab a powerade out of the fridge and go back to Dylan's office and found that jay was now awake ' I hope he didn't hear me' I think to myself coz no one has heard me sing since my mum died and I hope it stays that way.

I go over to my duffel bag and pick up a singlet, a jumper and short shorts, I walk into the spare room and change clothes.

Once I'm down changing I walk out and find that jay isn't here. I go out to the bar and see a folded piece of paper sitting there. I pick it up and read it.

To ???
I have gone out to get some stuff for Dylan so I won't be back till around 3 or 4 so don't do anything.

I rolled my eyes and crushed the piece of paper and through it in the bin. Like I care where he went for all I care he can go jump off a bridge.

I grab a few things that I might need to fix my bike with and head out the back to were the garage is. I walk through the door and see it sitting there waiting to be fixed once again.

I say once again because it is like the fourth time I have crashed. I doesn't really matter because I can always fix it again by working with Dylan or getting a job around town for a while.

I turn the radio on and go over to my bike and start to work on fixing it. I take parts off that needs to be repainted and stick them to the side so I can put a new patten on it.

Once all that was done I got a phone call from Dylan. ' hey Dylan says up' I say kinda bored ' hi um can you not touch the rest of your bike because I would love to fix it for you and if not I'll let you do the paint job' I think about it but I don't know if I should or not ' please Ashley'. I sigh ' fine' before I get an answer from him I hang up and move on to putting all the parts that I am going to paint in the paint room.

I walk out and go over to the paint and grab the red, black and green paint and some paint brushes and stick them next to the table.

I put the middle piece of the bike on the table and start to paint over it in black. I then draw a fire like pattern with the green and red so that it looks like it is on fire but with an extra flame or something like that.

Once I'm done I don't realise what the time is until I check the clock in which it said 11:27. I pack the paint away and clean up the mess I made and walk out. While I was walking out I bumped into something, or more like a someone. I look up and see Jay oh yay I wish he would drop dead already but sadly not, I walk past him and I hear him yell out to me "what's your problem" I stop and looked at him I turn back around and yelled 'you' and walked to the door, I stopped and said "make sure you lock up the place after your done" and with that said I walked out and went to bed, I was tired from painting all day.
