Chapter 3: Excuses

Majesty's POV

Thank god that Aaron and Jake tackled June. I know I shouldn't have but kissed back. It felt right doing that and it scared me to death. I'm not gay or bi. I love my mom for calling us to come eat.

"Hey June and Jake, it's so lovely to see you all again." My mom said.

"Thanks. Jake loves it over here. Would you mind if we came over everyday so he can have someone to play with?" She asked knowing my mom she say yes without hesitation.

"I would love to have him over. Aaron and Jake are already claiming to be brothers. I can see that they are really. Whenever he's over I never see them leave each other alone."  My mom said, oh lord here comes my dad.

"Does that mean you will be coming over everyday June?" My dad asked, I half prayed that she would say yes.

"Ummm...Are you sure? I mean I don't want to invade anybody's house." She said with the most innocent look on her face. It made my heart race just a little bit.

"No, don't be silly. I would love for you to stay. Besides I'm sure you and Majesty could improve each other's skills. Would you mind helping her out in some of her academics though?" I was ready to cuss him out now.

"No, I wouldn't mind. And if we played one on one I wonder who would win." I snorted as she said this. I couldn't help but laugh my ass off. She is such an actor win it comes to parents. But then again who isn't. Little kids. You're right. I know I'm right. Wait your me, so I'm right too. Do you feel accomplished now that you have made the connection? Oh stfu.

"Maj? What's so funny?" My mom asked, well wasn't it obvious.

"Uh..a text Siggie sent me. She was saying how she wondered why she was so tall but some how so clumsy." I lied smoothly.

"Hun...Tell Siggie it's because of her height." Mom said wow she can be seriously slow sometimes.

"Oh look at the time. Jake we have to go. You and I have to finish some homework."

"Nu uh. I did it already."

"Stop playing you don't do your homework."

"I'm not Aaron's mom said we could have ice cream and swim if I did it."

"Mrs. Jones, I honestly love you right about know. You have no idea how hard it is to get him to concentrate on his work." She said with that with so much passion in her voice.

"Yes I do. Aaron is the exact same way. I don't mind either honey. Matter of fact I would be willing to help out anytime he needs it."

"Oh thank you so much but I got to go." She said while getting Jake.

"Maj, will you lock the door when she leaves?" My dad of course had to be the one to volunteer me.

"Yes dad I will." I swear I saw a smirk on June's face but it must have been my imagination because I'm so ready to crash. I felt really wierd going to the door. Aaron wanted to tag along so he could say goodbye to Jake. Their talking had made me feel quite easy. Those two probably are going to be best friends for the rest of their lives. I couldn't help but throw a few glances towards June. I was surprised to see her staring at me already.

"That kiss freaked you didn't?" June asked.

"What did you think I liked it? Of course it freaked me out."
