Niall POV (A/N: just because it’s in Niall’s POV doesn’t mean he’s gonna get the girl ;))
“Hi, Hazel here. As usual, uhm… I’ll be doing a cover and today I will be singing uh… She Will Be Loved by Maroon 5. And, yeah, here’s goes.” Hazel Ryder sat cross-legged with her guitar in her lap and began strumming the first chords of the song softly.
Hazel Zoë Ryder is the most talented YouTuber I’ve ever seen. She’s really pretty and she seems so nice, taking requests from the viewers who comment on her videos and looks like she takes criticism well. The boys love her and always can’t wait for her next video to be up.
Haz, Lou, Liam, Zayn and I were all in front of the computer again, watching her next video.
“She’s good.”
“Mhm…” we said in unison once the video was done.
…That girl is good.
Hazel POV:
My name is Hazel Zoë Ryder and I’m 18 years old. I have long, light brown hair and brown eyes. I am anorexic and I cut. But no one knows, and it’s staying that way.
“Hi, Hazel here. As usual, uhm… I’ll be doing a cover and today I will be singing uh… She Will Be Loved by Maroon 5. And, yeah, here’s goes.” I sang the first few lines and let the lyrics take over me, as I closed my eyes and sang softly but still audibly.
Little did I know that this cover was going to change my life.
-------- One Week Later --------
I was just going to get my camera for another cover when I get a phone call.
“Hello…? Who is this…?”
“Hi, it’s Simon Cowell, I found out your YouTube channel and let’s just say I managed to get a hold of your number, and so I thought that you were quite the talent that I need now and would you like to meet… tomorrow at 10am?”
“I… uh… Yea! Sure…”
“So, I’ll send you a form, and I’ll tell you about the details on where we meet and the contract if you are going to accept my offer.”
“Uhm… Okay, I’ll uh… see you tomorrow…?”
“Of course. Bye.”
Well that was overwhelming.
--------The Next Day--------
I dressed in a green (sort of) top and jeans with black heels and got ready to meet Simon.
“Uhm Hi Sir”
“Hello Hazel, you can call me Simon. I called you here to discuss with you an offer that I’m prepared to make. I saw your cover of She Will Be Loved by Maroon 5 and I was very impressed. I have a contract stating that you can tour with an artiste also signed on with Syco.”
By the end of the conversation, I had signed a contract under Syco and I was to be the opening act for concerts.
“And who will I be touring with in a few months?”
“One Direction. Oh, and you’ll be meeting them tomorrow, I will be unavailable, so the boys will be informed and a car will pick you up.”
A/N: I'm so sorry it was so short, it's just that i have exams and i will only be able to post long chappies after about 2 or 3 weeks... >< sorry, just bear with my short chapters for now. and i promise if gets more interesting *i hope
