(Newt's POV)

Despite having nearly died ten minutes ago, Chloe was doing remarkably well. If the situation wasn't so urgent; I would have watched as she and her sister moved seamlessly with, and around each other; dispatching Cranks left and right. At the moment however, we had to move.

'Chloe! Ivy!' I yelled. 'Come on, we gotta go!'

'He's not serious, is he? Go?! Just as we're having fun too!' Ivy moaned.

'WILL YOU TWO MANIACS GET OVER HERE?!?! NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO BE HAVING FUN!!' I screamed at them.

With a lot of muttering in Latin and dirty looks at me, they obeyed. I grabbed Chloe by the arm (who then grabbed her sister) and began running after the others.

'You are so mean. Have I ever told you that?' Chloe sniffed.

'Not now Chloe!' I moaned. 'Now we need to concentrate on running!'

I may have been a Runner in the Glade, but I will admit: I totally lost my sense of direction underground. Especially in an underground-maze. After an hour or so or running, Jorge finally led us to the surface and into an abandoned apartment. After Chloe, Ivy, Jorge, Minho and myself barricaded the windows and door, we began hunting for food. This is when Ivy and Jorge became utterly priceless.

'Hey C, can you give me a hand?' Ivy called.

I followed Chloe as she made her way over to her sister (who, by the way, was half-in-half-out of a trapdoor in the roof). Once Chloe was under her, tins, boxes and packets of food came tumbling down. Thankfully Chloe had better reflexes than me; otherwise I'd have gotten hit on the head multiple times.

'Hey C, care to give me a boost?' Ivy asked.

Chloe moved under her sister, crouching as she positioned her sister's feet on her shoulders before straightening up; effectively lifting Ivy up a good six inches.

'Heads!'

More tins and packets rained down of us, most of it thankfully missing us.

'Wow. You really need to work on your aim Poison.' Chloe commented as Ivy dropped down so she was sitting on her sister's shoulders instead of standing on them.

'I couldn't see where half the stuff was going.' Her sister complained, trying to brush the dust that coated the front of her shirt.

Chloe muttered something under her breath (that Ivy chose to ignore) as she swung her sister off her shoulders. Almost as soon as her sister was off her shoulders, Chloe sneezed about four times.

'You had to brush dust onto me.' she sneezed (for the fifth time).

'Oops. Sorry.' Ivy grinned as she skipped into the other room.

*Meaning 'Sisters. You can hate 'em, but you can't live without them.'

'Sorores. Oderis em, sed non sine illis*.' She sighed affectionally.

I grinned at her as we both followed Ivy into the other room; stopping as we saw Alan cowering against a wall that had about ten arrows in it (all outlining him) and Ivy glaring at him with her loaded bow in hand.

'Good job Poison!' Chloe praised .'Although, maybe next time actually hit him please.'

'Have I made it clear that I don't like boys hitting on me?' Ivy said in a lethal voice.
