After twelve hours working I finally got home. I haven't gotten an email or anything that I won but I prayed to God that I would. I needed to get out for a while. I lived in apartment and needed some air and actually do something fun for once. As soon as I went to my room I heard a notification come from my laptop. It was an email. My heart was pounding so fast...I was scrolling....YES I won it!!! I was so excited I almost slipped and fell. I get to finally investigate! The email stated they would come and pick me up from my very own apartment. Tommorow. I didn't hesitate to pack my things, I packed everything I needed.
I went to bed thinking to myself this is what I needed. Everything was settling now.
The next day...
I didn't sleep at all. I was so excited! I heard a knock on my door, I opened it to see a very handsome man with a beard.
"Hi I'm Nick! You're Isabella yes?"
"Yes that's me." I exclaimed.
"Alright nice to meet you!" He shook my hand. "The crew is in the van we are already to go, you? You need help with those bags?"
"Oh no I'm fine thank you!" I said. Wow... We're they really that rude now too all come at once and greet their fan? Ah, well I only did it for the spirits.
As I walked out the apartment there it was. A huge grey van. Nick opened the trunk so I could put my bags in. I went in the van and sat next to Aaron.
"Hi my name is Aaron!" He shook my hand. "How are you?"
"I'm good thanks! I'm very excited to start this investigation with you guys!" I said.
"This is Zak. Hey Zak why don't you say something to our fan?" Nick questioned. He turned around and stared right into me. Those blue eyes... That black hair...
"Hi nice to meet you." He didn't even shake my hand. Hmm, okay then. His expression was a bit annoyed. Was I really annoying home already in the 5 minutes we first met? Nick and Aaron looked at each other from the awkward silence.
"Isabella we are so excited to have this lockdown with you! This jail should be freaking haunted!" Aaron said.
"Yeah...I can't wait." I said a little grimly.
"Okay let's get going" Nick said.
