80. Taking the Stage

When they arrived at the school bright and early before kids started arriving for their day .. they were given the break down of what was going to happen. Once everything was gone over, Genevieve started on the bands makeups and Nicole went to get briefed on what she was doing for the day.

"Can I come along" Indiana asked

"yes Come" Nicole took her hand

"Thank god you already got your hair and makeup done while they were in their meeting" Indiana laughed

"So basically while they are doing sound check Ima be messing with the school awesome" Nicole clapped her hands together..

"Everyone ready morning announcement time" the principle of the school took the group to the broadcasting room

"How bought you guys just walk in front of the kids and not let them do the announcements" Indiana joked to Nicole

The students over heard Indiana and totally wanted them to do it. While they were talking it out Nicole and Jonathan had left with another camera person as she was going to take over from a diff part of the school. After a few seconds of talking what to do the morning announcements started.

"Whoa hold on" Scott walked infront of the camera "Theres no school today"

Mitch walked on camera too and took the papers out of the kids hands and threw them in the air.. Kirstie, Avi and Kevin joined them on camera

"Hi we're Pentatonix" They all said together

"And we are taking over your school today" Kirstie finished

"Heres what you guys are going to do right now" Kevin said

"get out of your desk and leave your stuff right there" Avi said

"And join us over at your auditorium" Mitch finished

The feed went blank for a sec then Nicoles faced appeared on the schools TVs

"Hey everyone My name is Nicole and Im going to be your MC for today!" Nicole said into her mic/camera "you just heard PTX get up out of your seats and walk over to the stage" the TV feed went dead

"Okay your mic is now only going to be broadcasting threw the schools entire PA system" one of the promoters told her

"Can I do some type of contest?" Nicole asked

"Whatever you guys want." The promoter smiled at her

"Nicole looked so good" Scott and Mitch said as the group was being escorted to the auditorium

"Is this thing on?" Nicoles voice echo'd threw the school "Guess so... Alright I was just given permission to have a contest with you guys while we wait for the band"

"You still have to head over to the auditorium for the concert but in the mean time. But if you want to meet the band all you have to do is find me and name all the members of the band" Nicole said

"Right now Im walking in the halls heading to the auditorium.. Find me" Nicole shut off the mic

"oh this shall be fun" Kirstie laughed

Nicole and Jonathan along with their school escort had to run over to the auditorium doors

"Go keep talking to them" Jonathan said

"No one wants to meet them I guess?" Nicole said into the Mic "Oh wait here come some people running"

After a few people Nicole got back onto the mic "I mean Im staring at the band right now they all look pretty hot to me.. All you have to do is name the members of the band and I will take you inside right now to have a private one on one meet with the band. Who knows they might sing you a little something something a private concert just for you"

Nicole continued "Okay fine I'll tell you guys where I am.. Im walking down the line up crowd outside the auditorium right now"

The students were excited and screaming.. The school had been playing PTX videos for the past few weeks so there were a good amount of fans at the school.

Nicole saw a girl crying dying to get her attention "I see you. Hold on let me get to you.. don't hurt yourself" Nicole got to the girl and hugged her "Whats your name darling"

"Emily" the girl said

"Well Emily.. lets see what you got .. name them" Nicole smiled

"Scott, Kirstie, Kevin, Mitch and your boyfriend Avi" Emily jumped

"Well look at that! She even knew who I was!" Nicole laughed "PTX I hope your ready cause I got someone and we are heading your way"

Emily started crying even more

"Emily do you think we should pick up some more people along the way back to the doors" Nicole asked her

"Yes!" Emily smiled

Nicole turned off the mic "Is this your friends?"

"Yeah" Emily hugged her 2 friends that were in line with her

"Lets go you girls are coming too" Nicole said so Jonathan took the girls to a little area by the door

"Im go over to the other line lets see who wants to go inside and meet the band" Nicole said into the mic

After a few more mins Nicole had gathered up about 20 students by the door

"Don't worry if you guys didn't get picked to meet the band now. Your teachers will be walking around after the concert and telling you guys how to meet the band after the show!" Nicole said to the school. "I'll see you guys in a bit.. I'll be taking the stage to introduce the band and maybe a little Q&A?"

Everyone was back stage once they had finished the little meet and greet.

"Did you have fun messing with the kids?" Avi asked Nicole

"yes that was totally fun" Nicole laughed

"Nicole come on your going out there in a few" Jonathan took Nicole to the side stage

and on queue Nicole went out and re-introduced herself. After a few mins of talking PTX came out and did their show. They decided to keep the same set list they were doing on tour with Kelly Clarkson and added a few extra songs bringing back in La La Latch, Standing By, Beyonce mix and their mashup of Break Free/See Through.. 15 songs in total
