5 more minutes.
Ashley looked at the clock and down to one of her best friends Anna. Almost immediately Anna looked over at Ashley as she nudged her head toward the clock. Anna looked up and groaned then looked to the back of the room to Kass. Ashley's eyes followed Anna to the sleeping girl in the back they both chuckled and returned their eyes to the front. After 5 minutes which felt like 5 years ended and the bell rang everyone shoved everything in their bags. Kass' head bolted up and she shoved everything in her bag. As she was about to walk out of the door with the two other girls next to her as they hear something from the teacher behind them. "Detention today don't forget." They heard the teachers annoying screechy voice called. Detention again not surprising... The 3 girls spend most of their days after school in that room. People coming in and out not too many faces they see often. 'What a cùnt' Anna thought while walking through the halls. "How much did you learn in that math class?" Ashley jokes around sarcasm clear in her voice. "More then she wanted to." Anna retorts and Kass laughs.
lunch period
The three walked in and sat at their usual table in their usual spots. "I do NOT want to go home after another day of detention." Ashley moaned while putting her head in her hands that where resting on the table. "I wouldn't be surprised if my mum decided to send me to reform school or whatever the fućk it's called" Kass chimed in taking out her headphones. "Oh dear God don't even start." Anna groans pulling out a bag of Takis from her backpack. "Ugly uniforms, and all girls, no freedom" Kass huffed and pulled out a pack of skittles from the pocket of her jumper. "Look our mums aren't going to send us their if they were break us apart they are stupid to think they can actually succeed." Ashley confidently protested. She pulled a peanut butter sandwich out of her backpack. The three girls ate in a comfortable silence. "What wo-" Anna was cut off my the bell. "We can talk later we don't have any classes together for the next periods so I'll see you in detention." Ashley spoke up with fast strung together words. The other two girls nodded and went on their way.
Detention
The three girls meet up in front of the detention room. They walk in and take their usual seats in the back of the classroom. The principal walked in and motioned the three of them outside. What the fućk is going on.
"The three of you are excused from detention today all of your mothers called and asked for you girls to go to Ashley's house." The principle had explained before they walked back in and grabbed their stuff then walked out. "I drove." Kass exclaimed before unlocking her car. "Obviously I didn't" Ashley sarcastically huffed before sliding in the passenger seat. "It isn't her fault you don't have a license." Anna chuckled before opening and sliding into the back seat. Kass started to pull out of the parking spot and driving toward Ashley's house. It was a good 40 minutes drive so about 10 minutes into Ashley and Anna arguing over a drivers license, Kass plugged in her phone to the auxiliary cord and put on Colors by Halsey. All the fight stopped and they all sang along to the song. They arrived at Ashley's house at about 4pm. Kass and Ashley got out of the car and closed the door and waited. About 30 seconds later Anna gets out of the car and slams the door. "Anna my car isn't a refrigerator don't slam it shut." Kass almost screamed though clenched teeth; but she paid no attention and walked to the door. Ashley unlocked it and the three anxious teenagers walked in. They looked in the living room- no one was there. They walked into the kitchen and they say the three angry but mysterious expressions. They were drinking their coffee and the tension was so thick you could have cut it with a knife. "So why the fück are we here?" Kass finally spoke up and the other two girls held in their laughter. "Watch your mouth." Her mum glared at her brushed it off. "We have decided on something... This city is no good for you three. Trouble is all it brings. Obviously we would move but we have family and jobs and stuff here. As for you three its doesn't matter where you are as long as you are together." Annas mother said and Kass jumped and sat on Ashley's kitchen counter. "bajar mi countet antes me sale una sandalia ahora" Ashley's mum scolded her as she rolled her eyes and jumped off. "Sorry." She whined and Ashley let out a loud giggle as Anna stood there confused. "We are sending you to reform school." Kass' mum said blankly. Kass put her hands over her face and shook her head. Ashley and Anna looked at her in shock. She looked up and gave them an 'I told you so.' Type of look. They weren't going to bother arguing with their mothers. They knew they were certain on this and it would be a useless fight. They each got an envelope with information a plane ticket and key. They all nodded and walked out back to the car. "We leave they day after tomorrow." Kass managed to get out barely above a whisper. "Where to now?" Ashley asked while putting the envelope in her backpack. Anna shrugged and laid down in back seat. "I want pizza let's go to Pronto's." Kass declared and none of them wanted to object but even if they did they would. She was the one with a car. "Maybe after that we can go to my house and pack then Kass' then Ash's." Anna suggested. "Yeah sounds fine... We aren't going to go to school tomorrow anyway." Ashley added and Kass just nodded. They got to the pizza place and ordered the same thing they always get. One plain slice and a Stewart's and Kass and Ash sat down. One pepperoni slice with a Pepsi and Anna sat down. Oh how they hoped that this place would be here when they got back. When ever that would be. They sat in silence and sat peacefully before heading out. Kass had came up with the idea to get a couple of suitcases considering none of them had not one. They were allowed 2 suitcases and 1 carry on like a bag or backpack etc... On their way to Annas house one of them finally said what they were all waiting to hear. "Well, at least we are still together." That voice coming from Ashley. Anna laid back down in the backseat and Kass finally slouched her shoulders. Kass pulled into a parking spot right in front of Annas house. They took the two suitcases out of the car and carried them into her room. They looked at her closet then at each other. And then so it begins
