Sebastian's eyes widen at the sight; the patient was sitting upwards on the bed, his royal blue eye focusing on Sebastian. His right eye was covered by a medical eyepatch. His skin was pale, almost like snow. His short blueish hair fell perfectly around his porcelain baby face.

"Ciel, this is Dr. Michaelis. He will be your new doctor." The undertaker said. Ciel only hummed and looked away, focusing on the concrete wall. "Hello, Ciel." Sebastian spoke, for some odd reason Sebastian felt an attraction to this boy.

"How do you do?" Sebastian asked, putting his hand out to Ciel. The beautiful boy did not look at Sebastian nor shook his hand. "Well, perhap-" the undertaker was cut off by Ciel's glare. "Leave me alone." He hissed.

"Pardon us then." The grey haired man smiled and lead Sebastian out of the room.

"It's not a good day today for him." He said, giggling. "Is it because of me?" Sebastian suddenly asked then bit his tongue. Why should I care? He thought, mentally beating himself up for such a foolish question. The undertaker smiled innocently. "No. He just has his bad days and good days." He said.

He chuckled and patted Sebastian on the back. "It isn't because of you, romeo. Hehe your Juliet is just fine." And with that the undertaker left Sebastian.

"Mother! Father! Help, somebody!" A boy the age of ten, ran down the hall of his burning estate. "Moth-" he swung the door open, shocked of what he saw.

His parents, laying together on the ground with a pool of blood surrounding their lifeless bodies.

"You now shall be marked with the seal of the noble beast." A cloaked man with a mask said, slamming the burning object on the small boys back.

The Boy let out a blood curdling scream. Hot tears spilling from his eyes down to his bruised cheeks.

Ciel screamed as he shot up from his bed. He panted and hugged his knees. Sweat falling down his forehead.

"Ciel?" The door opened, revealing Sebastian. He walked in and closed the door. "G-get away!" The boy yelled, his uncovered eye wide in fear as he shook from the aftermath of the horrible haunting dream.

"I won't hurt you, Ciel." Sebastian said, softly. So that the boy would relax.

Ciel breathed in and out, trying to relax. As he did, Sebastian gave him a glass of water. "Thank you." Ciel whispered, taking a sip. "My pleasure." Sebastian smiled.

He suddenly kissed Ciel softly on the lips. He immediately pulled away and got up. "Forgive me." He mumbled. Ciel put his glass down and looked into Sebastian's eyes.

"I don't mind."
