"Alright Ciel. Please answer the following questions." Sebastian said, sitting in a chair right by Ciel's bed.

"How are you feeling?" He asked. "Fine." Ciel replied monotonously, staring at the wall.

"How is the medication doing?"

"Fine."

"Any nightmares?"

"No."

"Any trouble with the medication?"

"No."

"Any problems sleeping?"

"No."

"Can you say anything other than 'no'?"

"No."

Sebastian sighed, rubbing his temples. A smirk settled on Ciel's lips, as he silently chuckled to himself.

This is what it's been like for the past month. Ever since Sebastian showed up, Ciel has been having more and more good days. Although his nightmares continue to hunt his fragile mind. The medication doesn't do much but, Ciel still continues to lie. Sebastian's demonic powers know when he lies but, the undertaker has said continuously to not give the patients excess medication unless, said patient asks for it.

"Ciel, I'm being serious." Sebastian looked at the young boy. "I'm tired." Ciel said, laying down. "Well, we are going to the garden." Suddenly Ciel got picked up by strong arms. "Doctor!" A blush settled on Ciel's pale cheeks.

The demon smirked and left the room, holding the boy 'bridal style'.

---------------------------------------------

"This is nice." Ciel breathed, closing his eyes as the wind brushed against his pale face. Sebastian smiled, copying what the boy was doing.

Ciel giggled a bit, digging his toes into the freshly cut grass. "It's been awhile since I've been out here." He opened his eye. He looked up at the blue sky and started to reminisce.

-------------------------------------------

"Mama!" A boy giggled as he was picked up by his beautiful mother. "You are so big now!" She cheerfully said, touching the boy's pale cheeks.

"Auntie Rachel!" A little girl said, running towards the two with a woman following her. "Elizabeth!" She said, with a stern look on her face. Elizabeth slowed her pace a bit, a frowning settling on her small lips.

"Lizzy!" The blue eyed boy said, hugging the girl. "Ciel!" She giggled and hugged him back. "Hello Francis." Rachel said, her blonde hair falling down to her shoulders.

"Hello Rachel." Francis responded, her stern expression not fading away. "Hi Auntie Francis." Ciel said, looking up at her. "Hello Ciel. You are getting big. Soon you'll be as big as your father is."  A gentle smile graced upon Francis's lips as she ruffled Ciel's bluish hair.

Rachel giggled and looked down at the children. "Go play little ones." She smiled.

Ciel nodded, "let's go play, Lizzy!" He said. "Tag you're it!" Lizzy yelled, tapping Ciel's shoulder and running away.

---------------------------------------------

"Ciel!" Sebastian shook the boy, a concern look on his face. Ciel snapped his eyes open and looked at Sebastian. The man sighed in relief and let go of Ciel.

"You scared me there for a minute. You suddenly passed out." He said. "I-I'm sorry...." Ciel looked down. He was scared? The boy thought, a smile crept to his lips.

Sebastian couldn't take it anymore, he pinned Ciel down to the grass and smashed his lips against Ciel's soft plump ones. The boy's eyes widened in surprise but, he soon kissed Sebastian back. The man decided to take things a little bit further.

Sebastian stuck his tongue in Ciel's mouth, swirling his tongue around the boy's wet cavern. Ciel moaned, wrapping his arms around Sebastian's neck, pulling him closer. Their lips moved in sync as they shared passionate wet kisses with each other.

Sebastian broke the kiss, they both panted for much needed oxygen. "That was nice." Ciel breathed out, closing his eyes, sleep taking over him. Sebastian gently smiled and picked Ciel up.

---------------------------------------------

Sebastian laid Ciel in bed, putting the blanket over the sleeping boy's body. He kissed his forehead and left the room, closing and locking the door behind him.

Sebastian felt a pang of guilt when he kissed the boy. He knew what they did was wrong but,

He didn't give a damn.
