I dragged myself out of bed to feed the human being I have inside of me. I walked into the kitchen and opened the cupboard and pulled out the bright cardboard box. I poured the fruit loops into a bowl and drowned them with milk. I wish I could do the same it kind of sounds fun.

I shook the thoughts away and stuck a spoon in my cereal. I began eating silently as the air conditioner went through the apartment.

I rinsed my bowl and looked out the window admiring the view from the window. I looked at the small ant like people and watched as the cars passed. I closed the blinds and decided to call my best friend. I grabbed my phone and pressed on the dial pad and tapped on Jaqui's number. I rang two times before her voice filled the receiver.

"Hey Ali." Jaqui greeted.

"Hey Jaqui, do you think you can come over or I'll come over?" I asked as I bit my finger nails. I pulled the sleeve from my sweater higher because it was drooping.

"Yeah, just give me a minute I'm putting my makeup on. I'll be in at your place in ten minutes." Jaqui Informed. I spoke to Jaqui for a couple minutes before I hung up. I decided to try and look presentable. I walked into the bathroom and dabbed makeup on my face. I am no expert at this like Jaqui is but I know the basics. I curled my hair and put a side braid on the left side.

I shoved my legs into a pair of leggings, I then paired it with a butt-length sweater and uggs. I looked in the mirror and looked at my profile. I'm starting to show which is a bad thing, I have only informed Jaqui about my pregnancy.

"I'm Here." Jaui yelled. I heard the door slam shut and footstep coming closer. "Ali your belly, its getting bigger everyday."

"Shut up Jaqui, I don't know how to hide it anymore." I complained tears blurring my vision.

"Ali, listen to me. Don't cry, everything will be alright. It was a compliment not an insult." Jaqui convinced me. Jaqui walked towards me wrapping her arms around my waist.

"Jaqui, I have to tell my parents." My heart began to race. What are they going to say? Are they going to shut the doors on me?

"Ali remember, if anything happens. I will be here for you. Forever." Jaqui confessed. I wrapped my arms around Jaqui. We held our embrace until I felt nauseous again and ran to the toilet.

"It's getting worse?" Jaqui asked as he pulled my hair back.

"I don't know what does it look like?" I answered. Jaqui handed me a cloth to wipe my mouth. I thanked her and flushed my fruit loops down the toilet.

"How about we go out me and you?" Jaqui chirped. I wasn't sure I wanted to do that, but Jaqui is a very persuasive person who can convince any person she encounters. I bet she can convince grumpy cat to interact with humans.
