Yeah, so guys if you want a cover for your book please fill out the form below. The filled out forms must be posted here in the comments and nowhere else. :)

•Name of the author:
•Summary of the story:
•Cast / Characters you want on the cover:
•Cover's Mood:
•Any thing else you want:
•Email ID: ( I will be mailing the original cover to you)
CONDITIONS:-
* Your story should have at least 4-5 published chapters.
(I will spare some time to check out your precious work.)
*You must upload the cover if you liked it. If your cover hasn't been uploaded for a week I will be putting it as a premade immediately.
*Special attention will be paid while making the cover if your book is standing for any wattpad contest. (just mention the contest name)
*Please let me know if you didn't like the cover made for you as soon as possible and I will be making it as a premade.
If your book doesn't follow any of the conditions, your request will not be accepted.
