Stop Testing Me <3

Going to school the next day, was kinda bringing me down. I feel like I should be out celebrating with my soul mate that we found each other, but my parents wouldn't let that happen, so I grudgingly got on the bus. Before I left I made sure I looked cute wearing my floral dress that goes to my knees and white gladiator sandals, with my hair straightened to it's full length.   I sat down in a seat next to Scott since he lives two houses down from me, and we got to talking. Soon enough we got to school. Scott was being nice and walking me to my locker. He  started teasing me about my crush on Kevin, when he himself walked up and kissed my cheek. 'Have you told your friends, yet?' Kevin asked in my mind. 'Nope, that's why Scott over there looks insanely shocked..... I missed you' I replied in my mind. Kevin looked over at Scott, who's mouth was hanging open as wide as his eyes. Kevin laughed and introduced himself to Scott. "Hi, I'm Kevin Daniels, Macy's boyfriend... Nice to meet you.... Scott?" Nodding while shaking Kevin's hand, Scott looked at me and mouthed, When did this happen??? Shrugging, I mouthed back at him, yesterday, after school.I got on my tippy toes so I could whisper to Kevin. "My other friends will probably have the same reaction. You can meet them at lunch... I have to go to my first final now, it's all the way upstairs." Kevin turned around to kiss me and we started passionately making out. Strange because I always thought PDA was gross and unneccessary. Right now, it doesn't seem at all gross or unneccessary. Kevin jumped into my mind. 'It looks like it took too much effort for you to whisper to me; you could've talked to me like this... But I'll see you at lunch babe, good luck on your finals... Sorry I can't help you through them today haha.' I nodded, turning to Scott. "Dude, I'll see you at lunch, I have to get going. Later!" He waved at me and I ran to my first final for today, English. Ew, and I missed days so  I don't know some of this stuff. I started doing some last minute studying, along with pretty much everyone that was in the class this early. After ten minutes, when the bell was just about to ring for passing period the teacher turned to all of us sitting there studying quietly. "Since you guys are studying so hard instead of talking or lollygagging in the hallway, you guys- only you guys, don't have to do the second Romeo & Juliet portion on this final. Don't tell the other students though." He told us, while we all cheered. That's some of the best news ever, that's some of the stuff I didn't know. I threw a telepathic message to Kevin; hoping that I could even though we were in different places. 'I think I'll do good on this test... The teacher just gave us an awesome advantage... wait can you even hear this?' I have no idea if he's in his classroom or still in the hallway, but I'm sure we aren't very close... We have three floors in this school. He could literally be anywhere. 

~An Hour and A Half Later-- Lunchtime~

Our group was sitting at the back of the outside lunch area, right by a big tree.  Kevin walked up to me in the a la carte line and said, "I got your message earlier. I was too busy studying to reply, I'm sorry.. What are you going to eat?" He told me, looking at me with a loving look in his eyes. Deciding to answer his question I answered, "I think I'm going to get a cheeseburger chips and if they have a pop, Sprite." He laughed at me, and said randomly, "I love how you actually eat. Most girls are like 'eww carbs and meat! I want a salad and water!' He mimicked in a high pitched voice. I laughed and responded, "Well, you love me, right? If I didn't eat I would wither away to nothing and that would be a problem, because I like life... Especially now that I have you." I was pulling out money to pay for my lunch, when Kevin slapped down $5.00 for the lady. "It was only 6 bucks though," The lunch lady said confused. "Keep the change!" Kevin told the lunch lady who smiled and thanked him repeatedly. "What are you going to eat, though?" I asked Kevin as we almost left the lunch area. "I had a giant buffet breakfast today, mom was so excited that I found you so she cooked alot of food." Kevin told me. I smiled, and said "Yeah my parents were really excited when I came home last night, but they wouldn't let me stay home to celebrate so here I am." Walking to my lunch table, Scott took the liberty to yell "Here comes the lovebirds!" In the tune of Here comes the bride. Hmm, I guess he accepts that relationship now... That's good. Let's see how Tommy, Rachel, and Jack will react. Sitting down at the table, Rachel immediately whispered to me, "Can you tell me how you got your ultimate crush to notice you then fall in love with you? I'd like to do that." She was always the other lovestruck one in the group besides me, but I'm probably going to be worse now that I'm dating Kevin. Jake got up and sat on the side opposite Kevin next to me, and we started talking. "So, I found a new band and they're super good. They're having a concert on Saturday. Wanna go as a celebration of school ending? You can even bring Kevin cuz it's free!" He asked me. I nodded excitedly, knowing for a fact that Jake has skills on finding new music for us to listen to. He can also download almost any song in about a minute for free, and I think all of our mp3 players have strictly bands that Jake showed us. A voice came into my mind, 'Yes we can go, that sounds like fun! I'm exciteddd......' Kevin kept going on and on in my head about how excited he was, while I turned to Jake "Yeah, I'll go, and so will Kevin.....Right?" Kevin looked at me smiling, "Yeah I'll be there," He answered. I noticed Tommy leaning over to Rachel. He whispered very loudly, "I know who wears the pants in this relationship!" Kevin heard and said matter-of-factly "Hey. She's wearing a dress actually, and she looks very adorable today. So technically I wear the pants. Anyways, me and Macy were going to hang out together on Saturday." Then he said in my mind, 'Your friends crack me up, at least they don't totally hate me!' I nodded subtly at him, then he leaned over to peck me on the lips quickly. It was at that time that everyone in the outside lunch area decided to stop talking and stare openly at us. It was only a short kiss people, are you really that shocked? I mean I know I'm not popular or anything, and I'm dating a guy that looks like a greek god but can't people build a bridge and get over it? This is high school. People started whispering, probably making up random lies and gossip. Kevin must've thought the same thing because he stood up on the bench he was sitting on and yelled to get everyone's attention "I'd like to say something!!" People shut up again and looked at Kevin. 'Kevin Daniels, don't make a fool of yourself by defending my honor or anything.' I warned in his mind. 'But that's exactly what I'm doing, don't ruin my fuun!' He whined internally. He went on talking to the people outside. "This is my girlfriend, Macy Andrews and we will probably be together for a very long time. I'm going to get rid of all the rumors you're probably making up right now. No, she is not a slut, no she is not a pity case or having my baby. She is the girl I love, despite whatever flaws you guys might think she has. I think she's perfect. That is all." Tommy, Rachel, Scott, Jake and I all awww'd loudly, and Kevin blushed and sat back down. Kevin looked to me, saying "Hey, can you come over after school today? Andy got the day off work and he wants to get to know you better. Also, my parents need to tell you some stuff." I nodded, and all my friends got curious looks. "Yeah, I'll wait by your car after this last final. I miss that Andy kid, he seems fun!" I told Kevin. Scott looked at Kevin confused and asked, "Who's Andy? Do I have to worry about him hurting Mace?" Kevin and I laughed at this. He answered, "Andy is my best friend, and no he won't hurt Mace... Might make her mind a bit more perverted but he's a good guy." Scott looked relieved and Rachel was looking at me excitedly. She leaned over and asked "Is he hot?" I shrugged, "He kinda looks like Jake, why?" I replied. Rachel was about to respond when the bell rang, telling us to go to our last final for the day.  There's only one more day until Thursday, our last day of finals, then it's summer.  I went to the gym for my PE final. I know, it's weird that you have to take a final for gym, it's really basic stuff about how to play different games that we played throuugh the year like ping pong, matball and football. So easy. I finished the final quickly, in a half hour so I had a hour to wait until school ends. I thought about Kevin and tried to go into his mind like I did that first day. I was in my own mind, a beach backdrop. I was walking around, about to touch the waves, when a door popped up that said Caution! Kevin Daniels on the front. I  twisted the door knob and found myself walking into Kevin's mind. Oh, he's in History class right now. I hated that final, I had it first yesterday.  Running past all of the boring history crap he was thinking, I ran into myself. "What are you doing here?" I asked the me I ran into. "He loves me, the Macy in his head, not you, the actual Macy." The look alike of me replied in a snotty tone. "Pft. Sure he does. Bye now.." I told her. She waved at me, looking glad that I was running back towards the history junk in Kevin's thoughts to get out of his head. I spotted a piece of info in his head that was wrong, so I ran back to my beachy mind. I stood there, looking at Kevin's mind door and spoke to it. "It was Joeseph Stalin that was Lenin's successor... Not Hitler."  I was walking away when Kevin himself walked out of his mind door. He turned to me "How do you know that? Wait, how are you here?? By the way, there's only 5 minutes left of school." I looked at him. "I took that final yesterday, and I don't know how I'm here. I zoned out and ended up here. 'Where is here even?' I asked him. "This is your mind. It's quite beautiful, and I'd rather be here than my own mind sometimes. That's how I know your my soul mate. Oh the bell just rang. Meet in my car?" I yelled a "yeah!" And all the sudden I was back sitting in the gym. I got up gathering my stuff and ran out to Kevin's car since my locker is already cleaned out. Jumping in Kevin's car, we rode off to his house.

**AN**:   I had to actually google that history crap, so you're welcome. I don't just google history during summer for just anyone. Only you, my readers.. If anyone is reading this, i really don't know. Also, there's very little proofing since this took 2 days to type, and I want this up today....  Don't know when the next chapter  will be up.
