Ch2: Jack Meets Septic Eye

Jack's POV (A/N: Yes, I know his real name is Sean)

I pulled up to the orphanage. I was so excited, yet nervous that I wouldn't find the right girl for me. I don't want her to be your typical 12-15 year old girl with sparkles and unicorns. I want her to be unique and special. Before I walked through the doors, I noticed a sign that read, "Goldstone Orphanage. Helping orphaned children since 1973." I walked up to the old woman at front desk. "Good afternoon Sir, how can I help you today?" "Hi, I'm here to adopt a girl today." She smiled at me, kindly. "How old would you like your new daughter to be?" "Between 12 and 15." As I answered her questions, she was typing them into the computer. "And finally, What is your name?" "Sean William McLoughlin." "Thank you. Can you please go through the double doors on the left and wait for your name to be called to the office. Then you will meet the girls." "Thank you." and I entered the double doors.

I sat down in the waiting room with the other couples planning on adoption. I'm even more nervous now. What if none of them like me or want two parents and not just the one. I do have a girlfriend but we're not planning on tying the not any time soon. Signe (A/N: that's Wiishu's real name for anyone who doesn't know) says that she will support me and the girl and that she will accept her. That reminds me. I logged onto YouTube from my phone and into the comment section of the resent video.

Relief swept over me as I saw words of encouragement. I was worried about how the commumity would react but they seemed happy for me and excited.

Markiplier: Congrats Jack! Skype me, bob and wade so we can all play Prop hunt :)

One comment in particular really surprised me though. It was from SepticEm.

SepticEm: hey jack, thanks for mentioning me and I enjoyed your video. It just so happens that I live in an Irish orphanage called goldstone orphanage. I know it's unlikely but I would laugh if you came to mine xD

Does that mean they're here? Is it possible that I could adopt a fan? I have to ask them there name and age.

Jacksepticeye: +SepticEm what's your real name and age? I'm just curious.

It took a couple of minutes for them to reply. The line was gradually getting smaller.

SepticEm: +Jacksepticeye My real name is Emily and I'm 15.

That just about confirmed it. I did not tell Emily I was in Goldstone because I wanted to surprise her. I need to meet this girl. The office called my name so I stood up and walked into the room.

Emily's POV

That's weird. Why did he ask my age? He isn't really here... is he? Just then, the tannoy announced "All girls between the ages of 12 and 15, please line up in front of the office. Thank you."I got up and walked to the office.

I was definitely the odd one out in the line. Everyone else dressed either very cute or slutty. None of them liked to go near me and if they did, then it would just be to pick on me. Sarah stood not too far away from me. She looked like a Barbie doll with Golden wavy hair, crop top and jean shorts and her face was so orange and plastic looking. She looks like the definition of a slut.

"Oi, Alien!" I knew she was referring to me so I looked up. "Don't you dare call me a slut again! Your just jealous because your never going to be loved!" "In case you didn't know, you're stuck hear too. If someone loved you more than me, then why are you still here?" She scoffed, "All of them have loved me but I never loved them, that's why. At least I'm not a lesbo freak!" Next minute, it was my turn to be interviewed. Giving one last dirty glance at Sarah, I walked into the office and the face that greeted me stunned me.

Jack's POV

All of the girls so far were not what I was looking for. I wanted to just give up and leave but I knew I had to meet Emily first. The next girl walked in. She was wearing an attack on titan T-shirt, red checked shirt, a grey beanie and black skinny jeans and studded boots. Her most noticeable feature was her eyes though. She had one green eye and one blue. She was very unique compared to the other girls. She looked stunned when she saw me.

"Hi, my name is Sean but judging by your face, you probably know me as Jack don't you?" She nodded her head as a smile spread across her face. "Hi Jack, my names Emily but you'd probably recognize me as SepticEm." My suspicions were correct. "Can I ask you a couple of questions, Emily?" "Sure, What do you want to know?"

"Tell me about yourself."

"My full name is Emily Sapphire Wilson. I've been here for 5 years after my parents died in a house fire. I have heterochromia iridum which means I have two different coloured eyes. My best friend calls me "Ems" or "Septic" because we are both fans of yours and he likes to think I have a Septic eye. I'm also umm... I'm also a lesbian" she looked nervous after saying this.

"That's awesome. Love wins." she smiled after I said this. "Do you like games?"

"I LOVE games. I've always thought of doing a gaming channel but I can't afford the equipment."

"Who do you watch on YouTube?"

"Apart from you, I watch Markiplier, Cryoatic and Pewdiepie a lot but you're definitely my favourite."

"Final question, Would you like me to adopt you?"

She froze, her beautifully unique eyes looked at me in complete shock. She then ran around the desk to hug me, "Thank you so much!" she said, tears of happiness running down her face.
