So Far From Home Chapter 7: Just Friends... Right?

Author's Note: Sorry for the wait guys but i will have (most likely) 2 or 3 chapters up today, hope that makes up for it... i was on vacation since Friday and couldnt post anything because i had no internet connection :/ so here is chapter 7.......

                                                                           *AT THE CONCERT*

Chris had already played and went back to the bus and now The Ready Set was playing the upbeat songs Jordan had written... 

I was sitting backstage, nervously waiting for the song that Jordan had written about / for me.

"Ok the next song is a song I wrote for my ex-girlfriend and best friend..." He looked over at me, I knew this was it... "This is Upsets and Downfalls."

"It's hard to write out an apology 

I'm not the person I'm supposed to be

I listened closely to the song as tears came to my eyes.

It wasnt the music, it didnt have the slow music that most love - loss songs had. 

It was fast paced, upbeat, and fun, but the lyrics brought me back to sitting in the cold with the first boy i ever loved... And the note with the crossed out love.

A tear escaped as I reminced and i quickly wiped it away as the song ended.

Jordan walked off stage, his set was over and All Time low was setting up their equiptment.

Jordan walked up to me and scratched the back of his head as he asked me "So, whatcha think?"

"I loved it Jordan" i faked a smile and felt tears well up in my eyes again "but i have to go." Another tear fell before i turned, but when i did i was grabbed by the top of my arm and spun back around to face Jordan.

"Good friends, nothing more...." he smiled "remember?"

"Yeah..."
