I smiled warmly at Charlie and took his hand. He led me threw a big patch of beautiful red roses. The smell filled the garden with it's sweet soft sent. "Hey-" I jumped back and covered my mouth. Charlie's face was covered with red, blood. I closed my eyes and when I opened them back up the whole world was painted red. I screamed and ran out of the garden, panting i looked back and forth to find an exit. "Lindell..." I turned around in caution and stepped back. "N-no!" Charlie had an ax, and behind him was the white rabbit, but the fur had turned black, and instead of warm blue eyes they were beaming red like rubies. I shook my head. "G-get back!" I stomped hard on my heel and spun around but fell onto my butt by a man wearing a uniform with hearts on it. He carried a sharpened sword, ready to kill. My eyes felt like they were going to pop out. The man attacked my and brought me to my knees where he bounded my hands. "NO NOO CHARLIE! WHITE RABBIT! HELP!" I looked up to see Charlie with the ax raised to his head. "Good night Lindell." A bell rung loudly. My head popped up and sweat was running down my face. "Lindell White, this is the 5th time you have fell asleep in my class today." My teacher took out a slip of paper. "I will see you at lunch." I opened my mouth to object but closed it quickly. I didn't want to start a fight. The kids in the room started to snicker but was silence by the smacking of the ruler. I sighed and pulled my sketch book out. I looked at the pictures I have drawn. There was Charlie and the white rabbit. I sketched out the man that had the sword and closed it quickly as the teacher passed by. The lunch bell rung and everyone left but me. I sat quietly at my desk waiting for the teacher to talk to me. A big sigh. "Lindell, I don't know what to do with you.." She huffed a big puff of air. "Maybe i should call your parents..." My eyes bursted. I jumped out of my desk and shook my hands in front of me. "NONONONONONONO PLLLLLEASE NOOO!" She looked at me in shock. "And why is that Lindell?" I closed my eyes. I had to lie. "They are on a trip in Italy so they can't possibly do anything." A long pause followed after my words escaped my mouth. "I guess, but you can't keep doing this Lindell!" I nodded hastly. I had to get out. I grabbed my things quickly and bowed. "Thank you Miss Jay!" I ran to the door and waved. "See you tomorrow!!" I kept running for a while and stopped to catch my breath. I started to walk alone in the empty halls and looked outside to see the boys making paper planes and seeing who's would survive. One flew threw the window and landed in my lap as I slided to the floor. I twisted the tip of the paper in my fingers slowly. "Parents huh..." A small wet tear dripped onto my skirt. "People I never had."
