Percy's POV

I rushed past the cabins, counting the numbers,

1,2,3...

In the background you could see the chaos, the bricks and wood planks strewen  everywhere, sawdust, the blue prints hung practically everywhere, and starbucks coffee cups lined window sills.

I slowed to a stop as a the grey owl on the door was barely an inch away from my face. I knocked on the silver door, the door was unlocked. I pushed past it and saw her. Blue prints hung on a bulletin board, barely any sunlight peaking through the curtains, papers layed all across her desk, she turned to me.

Her hair was golden blond and curly, her eyes wild with small bags underneath. Her expression softened when she saw me. She smiled at me.
I walked behind her and wrapped my arms around her, and tickled her,

"P-Percy"

She laughed and snorted.
I laughed, she hated how she snorted when she laughed, I thought it was cute.

She turned around and kissed my cheek. I could feel my cheek heat up. I smiled and wrapped my arms around her waist,

"watcha working on?"
I tried to make small talk and failed sadly.

She raised her eyebrow, "Percy, you know exactly what I'm working on, the new cabins, it's just so great that we get so many ne-"

I interrupted her, " if you are so happy, than why do you look so upset?"

I held her hand and stared into her eyes, she avoided eye contact,

" It's just that, there are so many new campers, so many cabins to make, I just don't know how we are gonna get all this done."

I smiled softly, "Annabeth, it will pull together, the whole camp is helping out...it always works out."
I squeezed her hand slightly.

She smiled and hugged me, " I guess so"

I took her hand and we walked to the doorway and left the cabin.

Even though me and Annabeth had been dating for a week now, the campers were still whispering everytime they saw us, and the Aphrodite cabin was the worst.
They would contemplate our whole relationship. They would hide in bushes and I saw them handing bags full of darachamas to each other.
I didn't care though. I looked over to Annabeth and sighed happily.
