Expect The Unexpected On An Unexpected Day

Morgiana POV

Ever since the ball ended, I never got my worries about Alibaba out of my head.

I want to talk to him, but I don't know how, when, what to say or even where I should to talk to him.

He never shows up to us nowadays. I spent all my time looking for him but I can't find him, even his scent seems to be gone.

I'm really worried about him. Alibaba where are oof! I suddenly bumped into someone and fell into the ground.

"Oh, pardon me." a man, no, a boy helped me stand up. I was about to thank him bit then I saw who he was.

".....Alibaba-san!" my eyes open widely because of what I saw.

"A-Alibaba-san, how are you? Have you eaten already? Where have you been? I was so worried about you." I said as I saw his face was serious.

"I'm fine, I'm just gonna head to the kitchen and grab something to eat." he said with a cold voice.

"I'll grab food for you. What do you want? Meat? How about fish? Bread will be perfect for breakfast." Alibaba didn't change his expression even when I started asking.

"I can do it myself, there's no need for your help. Thanks anyway." he said as he passed by me.

"No..." Alibaba stopped when he heard me refuse. Maybe this is the right time to tell him.

"Ever since the day the ball started, you've become strange Alibaba, it made me worried. I've always looked everywhere for you, I spent restless nights thinking and hoping that you could tell me what's bothering you. But I always fail. And now, here I am, just a few centimeters from you. Alibaba-san, what's is it that's in your mind now?"

I gathered all my strength and blocked all my nervousness to ask that question.

I then felt someone hug me tight.

"You, you're the one in my mind now. I'm in love with you Morgiana-kun." those words caught me straight in the heart.
Alibaba-san's, in love, with me?

"I won't let you have her." I turned around and saw Hakuryuu-san standing there with a serious face also.

"I don't want to rush you Morgiana, we'll give you time to choose who's the one you like." Alibaba said as I was still speechless.

"Morgiana, here's a tip for you, choose the boy who can protect you always, be there for you till the end, and will love you and do anything for you at any cost, even someone's life." Hakuryuu said as he walks away. I was left with Alibaba again. Alibaba puts his hand on my shoulder.

"I'll be waiting for your answer okay." Alibaba winks at me and runs away too.

I let out a sigh and went roaming around the palace. I saw Kougyoku-chan wondering around like me too. It looks like she's worrying also.

"Kougyoku-chan!" I shouted as she looks at me with a sad face.

"Morgiana-kun!" she said as she hugs me and starts to cry.

"What happened?" I asked as she sniffs.

"Sinbad and Judal are fighting over me. I can't stand seeing the two of my love ones fighting each other, wahhhh!!!!!!" Kougyoku-chan cried more and more but I understand her.

"Actually, Alibaba and Hakuryuu are fighting over me too." I said as Kougyoku-chan stopped crying, grabs my hand, and drags me to her room.

She then played on her bed while her hands on her face.

"So, tell me what happened? Who're you gonna choose?" she asked me as I looked down.

"I don't know yet. They are both my friends. Alibaba-san's barely my closest friend and Hakuryuu's my first kiss. It's really hard to choose from them." I said as I heard
Kougyoku-chan sniff again.

"I feel you *sniffs* Sinbad-sama is the one I admire the most and Judal-san's my best friend since the day I became a princess. But the hard thing is, they're both handsome, charming, strong and romantic in their own ways! I can't choose from any of them!!!" Kougyoku-chan then started panicking like crazy again.

"Kougyoku-chan, can I ask you something?" Kougyoku-chan chuckled and after that sighed.

"You already had asked my dear." she said as I took a deep breathe.

"Do you love King Sinbad?" I asked as Kougyoku-chan became quiet.

"I, do like him though." she said as she blushed.

"Then why don't you choose him instead?" I asked as she sighed again.

"Because if I choose him, Judal-san will totally have the guts to kill him without any second thought." she said as I thought about my situation.

"And Judal-san will do that because he got hurt right?" I asked as Kougyoku-chan nodded.

"For sure that will happen to Hakuryuu if you choose Alibaba. I'm not saying that you should pick Hakuryuu, but he's still my stepbrother and I'm sure he really likes you. You're the one he only wants to talk about. We never had a personal conversation without you as one of the subjects." Kougyoku-chan's words made me more confused of who to choose.

"You'll choose the right boy for you in the right time. But remember this, you should expect the unexpected on an unexpected day.I'll let you think about that here. Good luck."

Kougyoku-chan then left after that. Maybe she's right, just like what happened earlier.

I had never expected that Alibaba-san would confess to me today. I really need to expect the unexpected on an unexpected day.

It's for my own good to... I guess?

Hey guys this all I could do for now. I don't know which fanfic should I update, plus, I'm having new draft fanfics so please read those if you know it. I'm also having a little bit of writer's block this month. Please V.C.F. for this chapter. The next chapter is about the start of Sinbad and Judal's fight for Kougyoku but I won't swear it'll be that much. Bye for now, I love you guys mwah XD!!!!!!!!!
