Ezra's POV

"She sits up high surrounded by the sun. One million branches and she loves everyone. Mom and Dad, did you search for me, I've been up here for so long, I'm going crazy" Gilinsky sang while he played with my hair.

I smile, "And as the sun went down, we ended up in the ground. I heard the train shake the windows you screamed over the sound. And as we own this night, I put your body to the test with mine. This love was out of control, 3-2-1 where did it go?" I sang back while getting comfortable in his arms.

Right now I was in Gilinsky's apartment we were just sitting down talking and getting to know each other better.

I love this band Pierce The Veil, and it turns out he likes it too.

"I really like your couch it's really modern" I said while touching the leather of his couch.

"Ha, the funny thing is I got this couch at IKEA" we both laugh for a moment. "How long have you've been friends with Johnson?" I asked.

"I've known him since we were kids, he's been an amazing rapper since day 1" he says chuckling.

"Let's go eat somewhere?" He says getting up. "I know this awesome place that I know for sure you will like!" Gilinsky said eagerly.

I playfully rolled my eyes and nodded, I grabbed my sweater and phone and we headed out.

"Where are we gonna go?" I asked getting impatient. "It's a surprise" he said smiling like a fool at the road.

I smirk at the thought, it took 10 minutes to get there until we reached to this place called "Marie's Diner".

The place looked retro and I really liked it. I took a picture of it and Jack got my phone and decided to take a picture of us.

"Thanks" I smirked at him while he laces his fingers with mine, his grasp was nice and sweet and we walked in the diner.

When we went to go inside it basically feels you've been transported to the 1950's. The Beatles were playing in the background and this sweet young lady wearing a pink skirt and roller blades came to us.

"Why, you guys are a cute pair! My names Shelli, I'll take you to your table!" She had a warming smile and a cheery voice when she talked.

Jack smiled at me and we walked to the table, "I will come back in a few, I will let you two love birds have enough time to glimpse at the menu!" We both nod while Sherri rolled away.

"I really like her, I wish I was that happy all the time" I giggled a bit and Gilinsky just flashes a smile.

I looked at the menu and I decided to get a cheeseburger with fries on the side. "What are you getting?" I asked Jack "I think I'll get a hamburger with fries" he said licking his lips.

"What do you plan to get?" "Cheeseburger and fries" I say while Jack drools. "Eww" I said playfully and Jack just winks at me.

"Are ya'll set!" Sherri asked with a pen and paper in her hand. "Yeah, I will get a hamburger and fries and make it 2 chocolate milkshakes for me and my beautiful girl over here" I blush hard and try to hide myself with my hands.

Sherri smiles at and asks, "What will you get, my dear?" "I'll get a cheeseburger and a side of fries" I said pointing at the menu option and glancing at Jack.

"Is that all for the beautiful couple" Sherri said looking over at Jack and I. "That's all, thank you" I said blushing a bit.

Sherri ringed a bell and clipped the little paper to the round thing that holds all the orders.

"What do you think of the album so far?" Jack asked, "It's great it's awesome you guys are finally done with it".

I'm really excited for this new album these songs are so great and both of theses amazing guys have been working their asses off in the studio.

"Yeah can't wait until we release it!" Jack said looking like a child on Christmas Day. I laugh at the thought.

Jack holds one of my hands on top of the table and we just stare at each other smiling.

"So how come you haven't took in your singing serious?" Jack asks playing with his fork and knife.

"Ummm... I don't know really I just never thought of myself singing really?" I said looking down at my hands.

"Hhmm, really you have a really pretty voice, it will take you somewhere" Jacks adds while lifting my chin up so he can see me properly.

I smile and reply,"You really think so?" "I know so" Jack says holding both of my hands and giving me a peck on my forehead.

The food finally arrived and Sherri looked all worked up and tired, but she still have that happy mood she always has.

"I hope you two love birds enjoy your meal!" "Thank You" Jack said smiling at Sherri. "We started eating and I started laughing about Jack and him drinking his milkshake.

He was pretty messy, but cute. "This place serves really good food!" I Said giving a huge bite out of my cheeseburger.

"Now you see why I brought you here, I think this place should be our new hangout spot" Jack smiled and I nodded.

Jack stuffed his face with fries and I started throwing French fries into his mouth trying to see how many he could catch.

It was starting to get late so we both payed half of the bill and headed out, "Come again you too!" Sherri said smiling and waving at us.

"Oh we will!" Jack said smiling while we both waved. Jack opened the car door and I stepped inside buckled myself in and waited for Jack to buckle himself also.

The night was getting darker and the stars were showing up brighter than I've never seen before.

It looked like someone drew glitter all over the sky! I looked over at Jack and the stars and I realized that I'm one lucky girl with an amazing guy.

As I looked up at the stars it felt like these stars were a sign that everything is going to be alright.
