Chapter 4: could she be my first friends...maybe more?

Niall P.O.V 

I was totally taken back…she hugged me? But nobody would ever hug or help me? And Rose did. I was so thankful. After we hugged for a couple of minutes I coughed. It hurt so fucking much, and I winced every time. I tried to move, but couldn’t. Rose sat beside me and looked at me with a concerned expression. Holy shit Niall, grow some balls now and get your ass up from the ground! And don’t look weak! I finally managed to stand half up, but when I tried to stand fully, I winced at the pain and felt. Rose hadn’t moved, so when I felt, I accidently felt on top of her. “I’m s-sorry” I stuttered. I was about to move when she spoke. “Niall?” I stopped my action and looked at her. Her beautiful brown eyes were locked with mine. We didn’t say anything for a long time. Damn she was beautiful. And she could really stand up for herself. After a few minutes I finally got out of my trance and got off from her and managed to stand fully up this time. I reached my hand out for her to help her up. She took it and I pulled her up the best I could without wincing in pain. But I failed like big time! Rose saw my face was in pain.” Niall? Can I ask you why Holly and her shitty friends are bulling you and beat you up?” she said. Dammit! I really don’t want to talk about Holly…Rose waved her hand in front of my face when I didn’t react. “Oh ehm to be honest, I really don’t know w-why they bully me. But I had learned to deal w-with it.” I said while I shrugged with my shoulders.  I could tell by her face expression, that she didn’t buy it. “Niall if you don’t want to talk about it with me, its fine, but just know that I will be your friend and help you. Please don’t let yourself down because of those stupid girls, which only can be happy about themselves, if they beat or bully people. I really just want to help you, okay?” I looked down in to her eyes. I’m only 5.7 but Rose was a bit smaller than me, maybe 5.5? Man her beautiful eyes was sparkling. Okay Niall snap out of it, and say something, anything…

“I’m sorry, I will tell you one day, but I just have trouble with trusting people, considering that I d-don’t have any friends?” I said. Why was I so nervous around her? It’s not like that she would hurt me or trick me, right? Rose nodded her head as she understands. “Ehm…Where would you like to maybe talk about it? We can go home to my place, if you want?” she said. Really… Did she just invite me home to her place? Niall stop zoning out. “Yes, that w-would be lovely” I said. She smiled, man her smile was cute…wait? What?! Did I really say that? Omg Niall, you already fancy her? No I don’t… just admit it…okay maybe…but she will never like me back, so I don’t even want to try. I grabbed my bag, I tried to swing it on my back, but winced at the pain in my stomach, Dammit Holly! I closed my eyes, so I could control my pain. After a few seconds a person took my hand. I opened my eyes and saw Rose stand right in front of me with my hand in hers. “Thank you…” I said she looked up and smiled. I couldn’t stop myself, and for the first time in many years I really had a reason to smile, and this time, it wasn’t a fake smile.”Are you sure don’t want to go to a doctor?” she asked me. I just shrugged my shoulders. I really hate to go to doctors and hospitals. It really creeps me out to be in a hospital, and I don’t like to be in a place where there is sorrow and small places, yes I am claustrophobia. Rose dragged me out of our class, she still hadn’t let go of my hand which I was surprised about, but I sure as hell didn’t let go either. The hall was almost empty, beside it was almost an hour sins the bell had rang. The few people which was still in the hall smiled and I don’t know if it was just my imagination, but I think I saw a few wink at me?...I moved my head down and looked at the floor. I felt my hand get a little squeeze. I looked up and met Rose’s brown beautiful eyes she smiled at me and continued walking. She leaded me over to her car and unlocked it, and got in to the driver seat. I took the passenger seat. The drive only took about 15 minutes, we got out and she leaded me in to her house. “I’m sorry about all the mess, but we are almost finishing with unpacking. And by the way, just so you know it, my little brother and my mother is home”. I smiled. Man why am I so nervous? Maybe because it was first time, that I was invited home to anyone
