As you step out of your front door into the cool Alaskan evening, you are surprised once again at how quiet it is on your street. You lucked out on finding this great little house to rent. Tucked between two garishly painted red apartment buildings, the little freestanding yellow house is just the perfect size for you. You love working from home, and this location give you the right amount of privacy you need to write the e-magazine articles that pay the bills.

Walking briskly down the main street of the little Alaskan village you now call home, you smile at the thought of seeing Solomon again. You aren't interested in him for yourself, but he is cute and funny, and you know of a half dozen girls who would be perfect for him. You pull your cell phone out of your puffy vest pocket and check again for a text.  Nothing.  That was a good sign, though. That meant your friend Crystal hadn't contacted you to back out, so she will be at the gathering tonight. You will finally be able to push her at Solomon and whisper, "Go get him, girl."  You laugh at your sense of humor. Well, at least you think you're funny.

You turn down the side street leading to the small park all the young people congregated on Saturday nights. You smile as you realize that at age 28, you are now one of the 'older' young people who show up. After moving to the small Alaskan town six months ago, one of the first people you met was a petite blonde named Crystal.

Shaking your head at the memory, you still can't believe you are best friends with the local tattoo artist. Crystal has been bugging you for months to get some ink, but between the fear of pain, and the indecisiveness, you are still holding out.  Crystal finally did convince you to let her paint some wolf paws on the tops of your feet. The ink isn't permanent, but you like the idea of having a little secret hidden inside your sturdy, conservative hiking boots.

Walking past the huge fire pit someone always kept burning, you see your friend Crystal standing with a group of twenty-somethings on the far end of the park. With her small stature and perky smile, Crystal can easily pass for twenty-one, even though she had just turned thirty. As Crystal turns and sees you, she throws up her hands and yells.

"Finally! The one time I get here early and you get here late!" She smiles her big smile and pulls you into a quick hug.

"Sorry," You mumble gruffly, smoothing your hands over your curls that have already started to frizz. "This humidity is killing me!" While you really love your natural curls, it is always a challenge to keep them under control. Pulling you to the side, Crystal turns her bright blue eyes directly on you.

"So, where is this hot guy you are supposed to be introducing me to?" She whispers, eyes darting around the park.

Leave it to Solomon to be late this time. He and his brother usually drive in from their family's remote home about an hour's drive away. Depending on when they get started, they may still be on the way. It has taken a lot of begging and pleading to get Crystal here tonight. If Solomon doesn't show up, who knows how long it will be before you get another chance to hook the two of them up.

Solomon and his brother are both a little, well... different. Solomon is sweet and funny, and full of confidence. You love the way he always referred to himself as extreme and "awesome!" His look is unique, too. He likes to wear green camo pants and always matches it with something red. It might be a red jacket, or a red shirt, but you can bet there will be red on him somewhere.

He wears his brown hair long and loose, and has a thin beard and mustache. His mustache covers his mouth so much that you really can't see his teeth when he talked, only when he smiled. He has an incredible smile, which he flashes often as he reminded you he was an extreme guy looking for an extreme girl.

You look around the park, getting just a little desperate, when out of the corner of her eye you spot a flash of red.
"There he is!" You practically shout, as you spy Solomon standing on the other side of the park. He is standing with his older brother, Matt, who you know well from previous nights around the fire pit. With them this time is another very good looking man. Sporting long brown hair tied back in a ponytail, gold rimmed glasses and a full beard, this guy looks super HOT!.
