Kagami Taiga : Upset

"Kagami~" you chirped, as you skipped inside the gym, in search for the red-haired male, "Ah! Rikoooo~" you smiled widely and ran to her, pouncing on her which ended up into a hug,

"Hello, [Y/N]-chan!" she smiled back, "Looking for Kagami-kun again I see" she teased,

"Ahaha, you know me.." You smiled sheepishly, until you saw a familiar shadow, "Kagami! I finally found you!" He blushed as you hugged his arm, "H-hello, [Y/N]" you smiled.

For the past week, he hasn't been minding you as much, his attitude was different from before. Being his girlfriend, you were concerned, so you decided to confront him about it today.

"Kagami, can we talk outside for a bit?" he gulped, "U-uhh sure, there was also something I wanted to ask.."

You faked a huge smile, dragging him outside (with Riko's permission, of course.)

"Kagami/[Y/N]!" You both said at the same time, with the same facial expression, "Y-you go first...!" Kagami insisted, you nodded hesitantly.

"U-umm.. Kagami, is something wrong? You haven't been yourself lately.. It's bothering me, are you alright?" You asked in concern, hoping it won't put an end to your relationship,

His eyes widened, he thought probably you got the wrong idea,

"Actually that's what I wanted to ask you about today.." He gulped.

Unlike with his teammates, he acted really shy and gets flustered when he's with you; the sight of you just got him all red already.

"C-can you maybe.."

You clenched your fists in preparation for what he was about to say,

"U-uhhh address me by my first name?"

You felt a weight being lifted off your shoulders, your knees weakened in happiness, so you fell over to the side, to be caught by Kagami himself,

"[Y/N]! I-if it's too much for you, forget about it, I--" he stuttered, surprised by your sudden fall. He looked away, only to be pulled back down by you. You held him by his collar, and pulled him so that your lips would meet.

In his arms, still in your about-to-meet-the-floor position, he pulled you up so that your feet were on the floor, still lips both in contact.

Moments later, you broke the kiss, and stared into his eyes, "I'm truly sorry, Taiga. I didn't notice!" Hugging him, you apologized about addressing him by his last name, even though you were dating, "I-it's alright.."

You spent so much time together, that you two forgot he had practice.
