Who knew it'd come to this. Ya know saying I'm in love. But I'm still not sure if I am with him at least. Maya says I am. Well I guess so. She always knew how I felt. She's never lied to me before.... But do I really feel this way about him or am I just doing it to make her happy. I don't think I even know anymore. Maybe I should listen to my heart. My heart says him. Mr green,beautiful, green eyes and dirty blonde hair. But Maya says I love the other one. Maybe this one time she doesn't know how I feel. Maybe this one time I should listen to me and not Maya.

"Don't tell me I won't. Don't tell me I can't feel what I'm feeling is real"

"Look Maya I don't love him I love Lucas not Charlie"
"Riley but you've always loved Charlie. Lucas has just been the guy there by your side who has always watched over you in pain... Oh no"
"What did you just say"
" nothing"
"Tell me Maya"
"LUCAS LOVES YOU" she yelled kinda happily "He's always loved you. He just always thought you loved Charlie and not him"
"But I love him not Charlie"
"Well we know that now don't we"
"I need to go talk to him now"
"Go he's waiting at the park"
"How do you..."
"Sweetie this is apart of a bigger plan you'll know later. Now go"
I ran as fast as I can to the park. "I hope I'm not hurting Maya. I knew she really wanted me with Charlie. But I've gotta make my own life because If this world is now my world then I want to make it mine NOT anyone else's.

"And it's gonna hurt some times know matter what you do. But I've gotta fall to fly"

Maya was right he was waiting there. I walked over.
"Hey Lucas"
"Hey Riley."
"Hi"
"Hi"
I sat down
We sat there in silence for a little while. I spoke
"So... I heard you love me" I said
"I heard you love me to" Lucas said
"Yeah I guess we both like each other"
"It would seem to be that way" he said
" I really love you Lucas"
"You remember back in 7th grade when I told that my moment would be my moment ?"
"Yeah we're in 10th grade now...hasn't happened yet" I kinda giggled
He snapped his fingers and instantly there were roses in his hands and a promise ring of some sort.
"My moment is my moment" he said "and my moment is right now"
He leaned In. I leaned in. We kissed. Sparks flew EVERYWHERE!!!
Later he gave me the roses and the promise ring and he said
"Riley Matthews I really do love you"
I CANT WAIT TO TELL MAYA she's gonna flip.
*does Riley scream*
"Cause I'm not too young"
