Chapter 2

Edward's POV

James took Renee's head off . I instantly grabbed Bella in my arms . She was crying . I bet Jasper could feel her emotions for her parents . It was so sad . 

" I will be back " , James said , as he escaped to the forest .

" Come on , we shall go inside " , Carslise said . " We must have a debate on if we shall keep her " .

I handed the baby to Rosalie . I wanted nothing to do with her . Rosalie smiled at me , and took Bella into  her arms . So stupid , I thought . Why would she want to keep her , already knowing she would start trouble . 

She is so cute . I want to keep her . I don't care if no one else wants her . No matter what , I'm keeping her , Rosalie thought . Everyone else was going crazy over Bella .

Oooooo , Bella is going to be my new fashion model . I bet baby pink would compliment her skin color well , Alice thought .

OMG , I allways wanted a baby sister . We are going to have so much fun , Emmett thought .

She's cute and cuddley , but will I be able to control my thirst , Jasper thought guiltily . Jasper allways was the one who looked at all the possibilities , just like me . He had just joined our family a few decades back .

We were all in the living room on the couches . " Esme , do you vote on Isabella staying with us " , Carslisle asked his wife .

" Yes " .

" Rosalie , how about you " .

Yes , definately " .

" Emmett " ?

" Hell yes ! I allways wanted a baby sister " .

" Alice " ?

Yeeeeesssssssssssss ! Dress up time " ! , Alice exclaimed .

" Jasper " ?

Jasper gave it a long thought . " Yeah , I suppose it would be safe "

" Edward " ?

" No , can't you see how much danger that this child would be in " ! , I shouted . 

" But  Edward , can't you see that she has no place else to go . Her parents are dead , and you want to be an ass just because your'e lonely , and because you have problems " , Rosalie shouted at me  .

Isabella started to whimper . I noticed that Alice's eyes started to get glossy .

" Edward  , Bella's gonna be your soulmate " , Alice exclaimed aloud .

" No " ! , I shouted in disbelief . I looked at Bella . She was fully awake now , looking around . Her eyes found mine , and she yelped with joy and laughter . She was smiling a toothless smile , and her tiny little hands tried to reach for me .

Emmett boomed with laughter , while everyone else giggled and chuckled .

Bella looked at me , expecting me to pick her up . I went over to her and took her into my arms . I held her in my arms , until her adoringly sweet brown eyes drooped into a peaceful sleep ...
