The beginning

I already knew that tomorrow was going to suck.

It was currently 3 in the morning and I have yet to fall asleep.

Maybe it's because I've spent the night panicking over little things....

"Get it together you dumb fuck!" I whisper to myself as I pace around my room.

I was very anxious if you couldn't tell. It was because my mom was leaving tomorrow and that means that my brother was in charge of me.

I make my way to my bed and lay down under the covers.

Go to sleep.

•BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP•

I wake up to the noise of my annoying alarm clock and quickly slam the off button.

I grabbed my phone from my night stand and went onto Instagram.

I scroll through it for a while until my mom opened the door and screamed for me to get ready.

"OKAYYYYY" I yelled back and she left the room.

I pick out a pair of jeans and a grey sweater with Mickey on it.

I put my hair into my usual half up/half down thing and quickly apply some Mascara and liquid eyeliner.

I noticed the bags under my eyes and quickly cover them up with concealer and a bit of powder.

I look at myself and feel somewhat confident.

I make my way downstairs and see my brother chomping down on some sort of protein bar.

"I hope you two have a fantastic day at school!" She said giving my brother and I a group hug.

"I'm going to miss you guys so much! I'll see you in 3 weeks. Justin watch out for your sister!" She wiped away her tears and quickly went into the taxi.

She waved to us as the Taxi left the driveway and onto the street.

My mom was a business woman so she would always leave Justin and I at home while she basically traveled the world.

I didn't mind it except for the fact that my brother would always have a party while she was gone and I was not looking forward to the one he was planning this weekend.

"Do you really need to have a party this weekend?" I say as we make our to Justin's car.

"Casey, I can do whatever I want. Besides, me and the other guys want to celebrate since we made the football team." He gave me a smirk and I rolled my eyes.

Once we got to the school, my brother and I separated and went to our lockers.

I put away my backpack and grab the books and notebooks that I needed for class.

I sigh and close my locker.

"CASEEEYYYYYY" I jumped and dropped my school supplies.

"WHAT THE FUCK TAYLOR?!" I say bending down to pick up what I had dropped.

"Guess what literally just happened to me!" She squealed with excitement.

"What?" I stand up and turn around to face her.

Taylor was by far the prettiest girl in my school. A lot of guys liked her, she was popular, and she was also very rich.

I was basically the girl everybody thought was her little sidekick.

"So Dylan asked me if I would go to your brothers party with him!" Her voice was filled with excitement.

"Good for you Taylor." I say pretending like I care.

I honestly could give less of a fuck about Dylan. He was a little fuckboy.

The day went by quickly. Once the last bell rung, I grabbed everything I needed and bolted out the doors.

I looked around for my brothers car since that Justin was my ride home.

As I walk towards my brothers car, I notice somebody sitting in the passengers seat.

I knock on the window and the person turns to me. It was Dylan.

"What are you doing in MY seat?" I say as I cross my arms over my chest.

"Uh I don't see your name on it." He said with a smirk.

I rolled my eyes and got into the back seat and put my seatbelt on.

On the way home I listened to Melanie Martinez's new album "CRY BABY".

Her songs were so different from normal pop and I loved them for that.

Her lyrics actually had meaning unlike the songs about big butts.

Once we got to my house I open the car door and quickly walk inside the house.

"Hey Case wait up!" Oh great what did he want?

I turn around and Dylan is standing right in front of me.

"Listen, don't mess this up for me. I really like Taylor and I know that you ruin most of her relationships." He said as he looked into my eyes with a glare.

"Well they were all assholes. And besides, I wasn't going to "mess" it up because I know you'll do that all by yourself." I say with a devious smile.

I walk away and overhear him say something to my brother.

"Your sister is so bitchy." Dylan whispered.

"Believe me, I know." Justin whispered back.

Okay O'Brien, two can play at that game.

I run upstairs and set my backpack aside. I grab my Mac from my desk and lay down logging into my account.

I open up FaceTime and click on Taylor's contact.

Connecting...

"TAYLOR YOU CAN'T GO TO THE PARTY WITH DYLAN." I basically scream through the scream.

"What why not?!?!" When I tell her the reason she doesn't believe me.

"What's the REAL reason Casey?!?? You normally have a really good reason and not just "He's a bad guy.""

What else could I say to stop her from going with him???

"I-I like him..." I say with a fake smile.

"WHAT WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME!?? I'LL CALL HIM RIGHT NOW OKAY?!"

"Don't tell him I told you that okay??"

Well I may have lied.. I could never EVER let her date him.. He was a tool and he didn't deserve her. But now I have to deal with her thinking that I like him... Great.

(HELLO! Sorry that this chapter was short and kind of boring... But I'm really excited to start my first fanfic!!!)
