*Two weeks later*

Me and Chris been hanging out a lot lately. He is so sweet. He opens doors for me, walks me to class, and he respect that I'm a virgin. He doesn't push anything on me and if things get too heated he stops it. I think hes showed me that hes worthy so today I am going to make us official. I was sitting at the table with Amarii waiting for the boys to come. I know me and Chris are talking but I have a feeling August likes me. Hes always touching me... not in a bad way but anytime he could get his hands on me he does and whenever were alone he flirts but I know Chris doesn't know because if he did he wouldn't let us be alone. August is cute, hes funny, and charming but I don't know if I'm going to be doing myself a favor liking him and Chris. He hasn't tried anything because he knows Chris and I are talking and I respect that. I feel like me and August connect on a personal level. Over these pass couple of weeks me and August have gotten to know each other and I found out hes lost his mom and brother like i did. I know I can tell him anything. I know what your thinking. How can I tell someone everything and I just met them ? We only known each other two weeks but a lot can happen in two weeks . Me and August cried together, laughed together, hell we even pooped together . Haha naw we didn't but you get what im saying ? Me and August are better best friends than anything I think . Even though were best friends , I never let Chris kiss me or anything in front of him. Chris questions me about it Sometimes but if August hasn't told him then its not my business to.
" good morning ladies " August said . Finally ! They took forever to get here .
" good morning ." We got up to give them a hug .
" what took Took you guys so long ?"
" we um... Had some business to take care of. " they all looked at each other.  That was weird. Well At Least their here now.
" good morning babygirl " trey said to Amarii. Forgot to mention they're dating now . They kissed and we were all just standing there. 
" are yall okay ? "

" yeah shawty we coo. Can I talk to you for a second ?" August said rubbing the back of his neck.
" yeah sure ." We left them and started walking around the school .
" I'm not going to sit here and stall shawty but what im about to tell you ion want our relationship to change ight ?" I nodded then he continued. " I know you an Chris talking an all but I like you. A lot ." Shit . I knew this was coming . " I feel like you the only one understand me. We been through the same shit and we connect on a personal level . I ain't tell Chris cause I know he would trip but Trey know . Ion know how you feel about me but I definitely wanna be more than friends. " I stopped walking and looked at him . I really don't want to hurt him . I can't hurt him. 
" listen, August, you are the sweetest guy I have ever met . Your a gentleman and your respectful. I would kill to be with someone like you but I don't know if that's a good idea . I mean me and Chris are talking and we've gotten really close and I feel like if we started talking and Chris found out he would make Us stop talking and that would ruin our friendship.  I do like you and I really wouldn't mind dating you but I just cant turn my back on Chris . Honestly I see you as a best friend and I don't want us to have to stop talking because Chris finds out were talking as more than friends... I knew that you liked me already too . Thats why I never let Chris kiss me when your around and I was actually going to make it official with me and chris today, I'm sorry August ." The look on August face made me want to cry . I feel so bad now .
" its coo shawty . " he gave me a little smile " I wish you and Chris the best ."
" thanks. Um... I hope your not mad at me. "
" naw of course not . Just a lil bummed that I'm not the one to call you mine ." He's going to make me cry !!! I smiled at him
" I am yours. I'm your best friend " he smiled then we hugged. I loved August's hugs. He gave big bear hugs. We pulled apart smiling at each other.
" so you gone ask him right now ?" He put his arm around me and we started walking back to them.
" should I ? " I looked up at him
" yeah . Go for it."
" okay... How do I ask him ?"
" hey Chris. Wanna go out ?" He said in a high Pitched girl voice I just laughed
" ion sound like that ! "
" well shit . You dont know how to ask a nigga out ?"
" no . I've never asked anyone out before. They've always asked me."
" damn shawty. Well just tell him you feel like you ready to cuff." I smiled .
" okay thanks August. " we got back to Trey and them and Chris was staring August down.
" Chris. Can I talk to you ?" I said looking at him cheesing . He , still looking at August nodded , he put his arm around me then we walked off.
" wassup baby ?"
" well Chris, I think im ready to cuff." He looked at me and laughed. What's funny ?
" why are you laughing ? "
" well because.  I didn't expect you to use that word . Making it sound like I'm holding you hostage or sum haha."
" oh aha well I just said exactly what August told me to say." Chris stopped smiling .
" August told you to say that ?"
" yeah... Why ?"
" nothing baby. Im glad you ready to cuff because I was just about to give up ."

" dont play like that ! " he laughed again then the bell rung and we went to class.
