She
She looks me in the eye
Silent, no words can be heard
But words there are, in abundance
They circle, surrounding my body
My being encompassed
Watching every step taken
Clawing at my skin
Filling me
But, I am empty
Locked in this trance
Chained to Her view
Everywhere I turn, to no avail
There is no escaping this Hell
I can't see my invisible enemy
She has wounded me
It is Her that has taken me
Forced to endure this torture
No cries allow my escape
The tears are not enough
No matter which way I scramble
Hate is everywhere
Venom dripping from every shadow
She has me
Jailed in the cell of this body
Screaming for an escape
Words slash into me
Breaking the skin
Deeper they cut
Through the bone
Traveling to the heart
While I am on my knees
Weaker than any victim
No assistance can be received
My reflection, my only company
I think of as my only friend
Although this assumption is wrong
Watching myself struggle
In her hands my body rests
Life balancing on palms
Palms of the one that causes hurt
With words unspoken
Clenches Her fists
But before I goShe looks me in the eye
Leaving to wonder
Who is She?
