Foe or Friend

Hey guys! I know that this poem is not that good. It is our homework in science and I was in a rush when i was making this so..... yeah. If you have suggestions to improve my poems, please feel free to comment :). Afterall, I am still an elementary student. ;)

Foe or Friend

Humans claim to be very smart
But to tell you the truth, they have no heart
They are selfish, ungrateful and very abusive
See nature's destruction, so massive
Are you nature's foe, the cause of its end
Or are you its helper, its ally, its friend?

People throw garbage on the seas
Can't they see, nature is displease?
They destroy the waters, and demand for more
Lets help each other, the waters we must restore
The waters from garbage we must defend
Let us be its helper, its ally, its friend!

Once upon a time, our land was green
Now, it shows how humans can be so mean
Let us stop cutting trees, and littering our land
Together, against land pollution we must stand
Our powerful hands, to nature let us extend
Don't be a foe, be an ally, a friend

The smoke that came from vehicles and factories
They are polluting our air, causing us diseases
Drive less, walk more, and help bring back nature' beauty
Let us keep our air clean, and pure and healthy
Remember our survival, on air depends
Nature and humans, why can't they be friends?

Humans claim to be friends with nature
They say they are its defender, its soldier, its helper
But see the world we have today
Isn't it all bleached and gray?
Nature has been our loyal friend for the past years
But now, we are the reason behind its tears
