Yo! I made this one during summer, last summer to be exact. I was super bored, so i decided to make this poem. Anyway, more poems are coming!

Summer
Sometimes I would think and wonder
What's the best thing to do during summer?
When the school days are finished and over
When I have nothing to do but hide in cover
The beach is inviting me to play
The waves crashing, and the sand makes me stay
The sun in the distance, making my day
The warm breeze that makes the trees sway
But going to tall establishments and buildings
Who likes partying in summer's evenings?
The different amusement parks around the city
Surely, this will make you smile and happy!
Or maybe we could visit other places
See different tourist spots and meet new faces
Let's visit a country different from ours
And enjoy for many days, many hours!
How about daring to climb a mountain?
Or perhaps in a boat, for a while be a captain
Maybe we could learn a new hobby
Or swim at the pool while the weather's sunny
There are many things we can do for vacation
And most of these are for our recreation
But for now, I am writing this silly poem
Wondering what summer has for our home!
