I opened my eyes, glaring light in my face, i shut my eyes again.
Everything hurt,
Arms, legs, back, head, eyes, ribs.
Where was i?
It smelt sterile.
Fuck was i in a hospital?
I re - opened my eyes.
My eyes gradually adjusted to the blinding light.
I was in a hospital.
But why?
And who put me here?
A nurse walked in.
"Oh good you're awake Mr. David Hall." The nurse said.
"Urh yeah...how long have i been out?" I asked.
"A day."The nurse informed me.
"Oh...And why am i here anyways?"I asked.
"Uhm..."The nurse said looking at a clipboard. "Mr. Gilburt beat you up."The nurse said.
"Holy shit."I said.
"He got really upset when the ambulance came, so I'm assuming you were close?"The nurse said.
"Um yeah me and Johnnie are practically brothers."I said.
"Right." The nurse said, writing something down on a piece of paper.
"If you don't mind, I'd like to sleep."I said.
"Actually Sir, we have to run some tests, make sure you can stand, do essential things." The nurse said, looking apologetic.
"Fine."I snapped.
//Johnnie's POV\\
I rang the hospital for the fifth time that day, they weren't letting me see Kyle, probably assuming i wanted to beat him up more.
Eventually it rang through.
"Fucking finally."I said under my breath.
"Hello, Ohio health service A&E, how may i help you?" A lady, i presume a nurse or doctor asked through the phone.
"I'd like to make an appointment to see Kyle David Hall please."I said.
"Okay sure, when is a good time?" The person on the other side of the phone asked.
"ASAP." I said.
"Sure, be here at 8:30." The nurse or doctor said.
"Okay thankyou."I said.
"One last thing Sir, what name shall i put in the appointment?" The nurse or doctor asked.
"Put Johnnie Dorame." I said, not wanting to use my own surname in fear they'd cancel the appointment and in my hurry, the first surname that came to mind was Alex's surname.
"Okay, thank you for making an appointment to visit Mr David Hall." They said.
"Alright bye." I said.
"Bye." The nurse or doctor person said.
I put the phone down and checked the time.
"Alright five minutes." I said to myself.
I knew where the hospital was due to visiting it before with Alex at various points Kyle had injured himself, so it took me three minutes maximum to get there.
I practically ran in there, said my name at the desk and ran to the room they told me Kyle was in.
"Kyle I'm so sorry!"I said bursting in.
"No I'm sorry." He said weakly.
I walked ti the bed and leaned down and hugged him.
"So Johnnie Dorame eh?" He said giggling.
I realised the nurse or whoever would of told him he had a visitor.
"Yeah first name i could think of." I said, being completely true.
"Ah i see." He said.
"Yep, anyways what crap have i put you on? - medicine i mean." I asked.
"Just the usual shit." He said. "I feel very drugged up though."
"Right, so what do you do all day here?" I asked.
"Well i only woke up a few hours ago, so i don't actually know." Kyle said smiling.
"Oh right." I said.
"Anyways i brought your phone and a few extra things, beanies and such." I said laughing at the last bit, the fact I'd remembered to bring beanies above anything else.
"Thanks dude." He said.
"All visitors must leave now." Speakers boomed.
"Ah i guess i need to go." I said hugging Kyle again.
"Thanks again dude." Kyle said.
I walked out, waving good bye.
As i left, i felt a pang of guilt?
I remembered the day we met, he was a fan we've gone from, a fan - youtuber basis to a friend and now i beat the shit outta him...
I'm an awful human being.....
