The nurse walks with me as she tells me about Yatas condition. She adds that it is not as serious as I believe yet it still was a deep gash. She shows me to a white door at the end of the bleach scented, white washed halls, opening the door to a mummified like bandaged Yata causing me to giggle. He looks up at me, blushing as the nurse leaves us alone.
"Well don't you look attractive," I laugh as he chuckles also. We stare at each-other for a moment until I hand his phone back to him and proceed to sit on the plush chair at his right hand sight. "I called a very angry Izumo," i confess, breaking the silence. "Urgh, what did he say? He going to kill me?" Yata sighs at my news. "No," I chuckle," he's just really concerned and worried about you, love." I smile as he blushes in return.
"Miss, I'm sorry. I never asked y-your name," he stammers looking from me. "Karma, darling. I'm Karma." His eyes widen to the size of the moon outside as he slurs,"Wait... You're Karma-THE KARMA?!" "Yes," I chuckle at his surprised expression. "But I never imagined Karma would be so...girly." We both laugh as his laughing face turns darks,"Karma, where you out there to get me?" His face looks sad as he looked into my eyes. I couldn't help feel sad aswell. "No, darling. Like my name, I only payback people that have done wrong and from what I see, you're a good kid." A smile paints on his face as relief joins his eyes.
"Anyway, you've nothing to fear. I promised Izumo I'd stay here all night." I smile as his blush turns from powder pink to tomato red. "N-Nooo Karma, honestly I've burdened you enough..I'm fine." He smiles, blushing furiously. I wave my hands at him as I answer,"Uh-Uh lovey. In order for us to be safe from the wrath of an intense Izumo, I think it best I stay here." He smiles at me, almost glad I'm with him.
We spend the rest of the night talking, getting to know each other and laughing, laughing hysterically until a nurse came in and told us to keep it down. I have to admit, I really care for this kid. I want to stay with him as a protective older sister.
