"Baby where did you put my mug?" Ren asked his lover, while looking for his usual coffee mug.
"It's on the drying rack. And d-don't call me baby..." Masato looked off with a blush.
"Why not? It's cute." Ren came up behind him and wrapped both arms around his waist.
"I-it's embarrassing..." Masato blushed again, covering his face with his hands.
Ren chuckled and kissed his shoulder.
"I'm gonna make a cup of coffee. D'you want one?" Ren asked, releasing Masato.
"Yes, please." Masato smiled back, turning the stove off. He removed the bacon from the pan and placing it on a bun for Ren.
"Your bacon bap is on the table." Masato smiled, as Ren set down 2 cups of coffee.
"Thank you. And here's a coffee for my wife~" Ren smiled.
"S-stop with the nicknames please..." Masato blushed.
"But I like them~" Ren whined.
"Well, I don't, so please stop..." Masato pouted.
"Aww~ is my Masanyan embarrassed?" Ren chuckled, kissing his temple.
"N-no...! Again with the nicknames!" Masato sighed, looking away.
"J-just hurry up and eat..." Masato furrowed his brow.
"Yes, yes~" Ren sat down and began eating his sandwich.
When he finished, he washed his plate and put it away. Walking back into the main room, he caught sight of Masato sat down on the floor and his table doing calligraphy. He came up behind him and wrapped both arms around his waist, burying his face into his shoulder.
Startled, Masato turned his attention to him.
"What's up? You're really clingy..." Masato furrowed his brow and looked at Ren.
Ren said nothing.
"I missed you." He sighed.
"I was only in the next room over." Masato pointed out.
"I know but..." Ren didn't finish his sentence.
"C-can you release me? It's hard to paint..." Masato asked awkwardly.
"Yeah, sorry." Ren released him. Masato set his paintbrush down and fell down to rest his head on Ren's lap. He turned to nuzzle his face into Ren's stomach, gently closing his eyes.
"Who's the clingy one now?" Ren teased.
"Shut up, flirty bastard..." Masato blushed, wrapping an arm around him. Ren smiled and ran his hand through his hair. Gently, he pulled Masato up and into his lap.
"You're really pale... Are you okay baby?" Ren asked. Masato's head began to grow a bit fuzzy. He couldn't really see and his head span like crazy.
He didn't respond. Masato just sat in Ren's lap, leaning against his shoulder.
"I feel sick..." He coughed, voice growing a bit hoarse. He had felt a bit uncomfortable since he woke up, but paid it no mind. Until now.
Ren picked him up and carried him to the bathroom. He sat him on the floor in front of the toilet.
"I'll be right back." Ren quickly ran and got him a glass of water, setting it on the countertop.
He sat beside Masato and rubbed his back, kissing his cheek.
Eventually, Masato threw up and Ren handed him some mouthwash to rinse his mouth before handing him a glass of water.
Ren stood up and Masato leaned against his leg as he flushed the toilet.
Ren picked up Masato gently, carrying him back to the bedroom. Setting him on the bed, he climbed on next to him and wrapped both arms around him. Masato rested his head on Ren's thigh, resting his hand on his knee.
"Do you feel better baby?" Ren asked, kissing his head.
Masato nodded.
"Yeah..." He mumbled weakly. Ren rested a hand on his back, running it up and down his back.
"You must have eaten something bad yesterday." Ren sighed. Masato sat up and moved into Ren's lap, resting his head against his chest. Ren cradled him gently, kissing the top of his head again.
"My stomach hurts..." Ren rested a hand on Masato's aching stomach and ran his hand back and forth over the soft skin.
"Is that better?" He asked and Masato nodded, closing his eyes.
"I think you should take the day off tomorrow." Ren sighed gently.
Eventually, Masato fell asleep in Ren's lap.
Gently, Ren moved Masato from on top of him and laid his head on the pillow, tucking him in bed.
Ren walked into the kitchen and opened the fridge. Sighing, he thought about what he could make for Masato to eat when he woke up. Something not too heavy.
Ren makes up his mind and decides that chicken soup is probably the best option.

Ren isn't the best at cooking, but he tried.
Turning off the stove, he ladled some into a bowl, taking it out to Masato.
He set it on the table.
"Baby, wake up and eat. I made soup." Ren smiled and gently nudged Masato's shoulder. Slowly, cerulean eyes fluttered open.
"Ren..." Masato sighed and he gently up.
"I made you soup. It's not perfect, though..." Ren pouted slightly and Masato smiled, taking the bowl.
"Thank you." Masato began to eat. The chicken was a bit burnt and the carrots were a bit hard but the point still stands - he tried. Ren sat on the bed next to him and Masato rested his head on his shoulder.
