Ren sighed gently and picked up his phone.
"Not coming in today, Masa is ill. -Ren."
Sent. He sent the text to Tokiya to let him know they wouldn't be there.
"You should get some rest, darling." Ren said, tying up Masato's yukata. Masato nodded.
"R-Ren?" Masato quietly called his name and Ren looked.
"Yeah?" He asked and Masato perked his lips up, signalling for a kiss.
"You're so cute, my love." Ren smiled before giving Masato a kiss.
"Sleep well, baby. I'll wake you up for dinner, okay?" Masato nodded and Ren tucked him into bed.
"I love you."
"I love you too~" Ren kissed the top of his head and Masato closed his eyes. Ren turned out the lights in the main room and went off into the kitchen to make himself some tea. He came out of the kitchen and went back into the main room to see Masato fast asleep. Ren smiled and sat down in front of the bed and turned on his laptop to finish off some work.
No more than about an hour later, Ren felt the bed shifting.
"R-Ren..." Masato mumbled, his face screwed up and brow furrowed.
Ren turned his head. Masato looked uncomfortable, face dripping in sweat. Ren put his laptop down and sat at the edge of the bed.
"Darling wake up." Ren called, gently shaking his arm.
"Baby... Wake up." Ren called again and Masato's eyes shot open.
"Ren!" Masato exclaimed in fear and both arms quickly came around his waist.
Masato nuzzled his face into Ren's chest.
"Hey, what's up?" Ren asked, rubbing Masato's back soothingly. Masato shook his head.
"You don't have to tell me." Ren said, kissing the top of his head. Masato said nothing, but he kept his face buried in Ren's chest.
"I-- I had a nightmare..." Masato shivered lightly.
Ren laid backwards, down on the bed, pulling Masato down on top of him.
"You can go back to sleep now~" He cooed quietly. Masato nodded and relaxed in Ren's arms, closing his eyes. He let out a long sigh and pressed his face into Ren's chest. Ren lulled Masato back to sleep and after a while, Masato was out like a light, burying his face into Ren's shoulder.
Ren's hands ran up and down Masato's back slowly, and his fingertips traced soft patterns and shapes down his lower back.
About an hour or so later, Masato woke up again.
"Hey~ how did you sleep?" Ren asked as Masato's sapphire eyes fluttered open.
"Alright I guess..." Masato sighed.
"Are you feeling okay?" Ren asked.
"I don't know..." Masato weakly replied, sighing as he rested his head on Ren'a chest.
"D'you want me to run you a hot bath?" Ren asked, running his fingers through his hair. Masato nodded.
"Alright, come on then." Ren playfully hit Masato's ass to prompt him up. Masato's lifted himself off Ren and Ren stood up, holding Masato's hand and leading him to the bathroom.
He put the plug in the tub and turned the hot tap on.
"I'll be right back." Ren smiled and went into the bedroom, picking up a fresh Yukata and some boxers for Masato before returning to the bathroom.
Ren set the fresh change of clothes on the sink counter. He picked up a bottle of pink bath bubbles and a bath bomb.
"Bath bomb or a bubble bath?" Ren asked, tossing the bath bomb in the air.
"Any is good." Masato sighed quietly with a smile and Ren nodded.
"We'll go for bubbles then." Ren smiled, squeezing the bubbles into the water. Masato caught on and looked up.
"W-we...?" He stuttered.
"Is that a problem?" Ren smirked.
"N-no..." Masato was blushing furiously and Ren kissed the tip of his nose with a smile.
Ren dimmed the lights and lit some candles, setting them on the corner of the tub.
He stripped himself of his clothes and pulled his hair back into a pony tail.
Masato turned away and covered his face.
Ren pulled his chin up and quickly pecked his lips and Masato's blush deepened, but he kissed back.
Ren pulled away and undid Masato's Yukata, sliding it down his shoulders before sweeping him up from the floor to set him in the bath. Ren climbed in behind him and wrapped both arms around his waist, nuzzling into Masato's shoulder. Masato relaxed, leaning back into Ren's arms, lulling his head back against his shoulder.
"You're so cute." Ren smiled.
"Mmm'not cute..." Masato mumbled.
"You're adorable, Masanyan~"
"Shut up..." Masato weakly retorted, turning his head to nuzzle into Ren's neck.
"You're so tsundere." Ren smiled, kissing his head.
"I'm not... Idiot..." Masato protested.
"I love you." Ren smiled.
"Shut up, flirty bastard..." Masato pouted. He paused.
"I love you too..." Ren smiles again.
"Of course you do." He said cheekily and Masato hit his arm.
"Do you feel any better yet?" Ren asked.
"Y-yeah, I think so." Masato smiled up slightly and Ren leaned to place a kiss on his lips.
"Good, I hate seeing you so grumpy and unhappy." Masato's heart fluttered. He turned his body and sat comfortably in Ren's lap, resting his head on his chest again.
Ren's arms ran around Masato's body, fingertips tracing deftly over his torso under the water.
Suddenly, Masato felt something hard rise and prod his thigh. He blushed, but chose not to say anything.
A few minutes later, Masato broke the silence.
"H-how long are you gonna... Y-ya know..." Masato attempted to point out Ren's erection, with not much success.
"It's okay. I'll deal with it later." Ren sighed gently.
"A-are you sure...? It looks painful I can help you if you want..." Masato blushed deeply.
"Don't be silly. You're too ill for that." Ren chuckled slightly. Suddenly, Masato mustered up enough strength to push Ren into the side of the tub.
"What are you--" Ren was about to protest when Masato nuzzled between his thighs.
