Trip to the BEACH

Chapter 2

"Saraaa, good mooorning. It's 8:30 am ! we don't want to miss the breakfast !",said a voice.

"Saraaaa, wake uuup !",said a voice again.

I slowly opened my eyes and saw Joudie shaking me to wake up and Nadine was standing beside her. Both of them were already dressed.

"What time is it ?",I said

"8:30 am.", said Nadine

I slowly got up and got dressed. We went to the restaurant and everyone else was there.

They had put alot of tables together so they can sit together.

There were exactly 3 chairs left so we brought food and sat down.

"What made you come so late, girls ?",said mom questioning us.

"This girl beside me didn't want to wake up !",said Nadine looking at me like I did something wrong.

I was so excited for the day because this will be the first time for me to go diving !

Once we finished eating we all went down to sign some papers for the diving equipment. All the other kids went straight to the beach.

When Nadine and I finished signing the papers, we went to the diving center and took our stuff and put it in a basket.

The basket was really heavy because of the weight belt. Those weight belts help you to stay under the water while diving.

Nadine was already putting her equipment in her locker, while I was trying to balance the basket.

The weight belt was kinda hanging out of the basket.

"Ouch !", I said tripping over a small stone I over saw. Thank god I was still standing.

"Why is the basket so light now ?", I said looking at the basket.

I turned around and saw the same boy from yesterday. He had the weight belt in his hands. This time he was wearing blue shorts and a white t-shirt.

"I think this belongs to you.", he said putting the weight belt back in the basket.

"Yeah, thank you.",I said shyly

"So, you do diving, too ?"

"Yes, I just took the course before  I came here."

"The same like me ! And...wait I'll take the weight belt. I'm sure it's too heavy for you."

"Yeah thank you.",I said shyly again giving him a quick smile.

"What's your name ?",he asked questioning me.

"Sara, and you ?",I said opening the locker and putting my basket inside.

"Felix. You're egyptian, right ?",he said putting the weight belt inside, too.

"Yeah.",I said giving him a quick laugh. "And I assume you're german, right ?"

"Good guess ! Actually my dad is german and my mom is American...So yeah. How did you even know, I'm german ?"

"You have a german accent."

"Saraaa, we have a meeting, now, come on !",I heared Nadine screaming from 10 meters. She was at the diving center.

"I should probably go, now, bye.", I said waving at him and the next second I was gone.

"Bye! See ya.", I heared him saying but I didn't turn around and kept running towards Nadine.

I didn't even pay attention to the instructor. He was blabing about some old stuff I already new ages ago. The only thing that kept running in my mind was Felix.

What did he mean with "See ya"?
Are we friends now? Did he really mean it? Did he ever notice he sayed that? I don't know...!

"Okk, Sara ?",said Nadine waking me up from my deep thoughts.

"Whaat, sorry, ok on whaat ?",I said looking at her confused.

"You're going to be my body !"

"Yeah, ok."

A body is like you're partner. You can't go diving without a partner. He helps you with alot. So Nadine is going to be my body and I'm gonna be her body.

We all went down to our lockers and started getting ourselves ready for the first dive.

All I could see right now, that Felix was looking at me !
