MEEKS POV
I pulled up to Nicki's house and texted her asking could we talk, but then my pocket dinged! "Fuck!" I thought to myself realizing I still had her phone. I got out and knocked at her door. She didn't answer but I knew she was there I saw her car. So I knocked harder! Nicki came to the door still in her club outfit. I couldn't help but notice her eyes are puffy!
Nic: what do you want Robert?
Me: Robert?
Nic: yes, w-what are y-you doing here?!
Me: Return your phones and hopefully talk..
Nic: talk to your girl!
I kind of smirked at her jealousy. At least I know she cares.
Me: can I come in?
She looked at me and stood still for a few moments, but she reluctantly opened the door wider to let me in. After locking the door she led me to her couch and sat clear across the room.
Really? Nic.
Nic: talk! That's what you came to do right?
I took a deep breath, got up and went to sit next to her.
Me: it's not what you think I don't have a girl! I'd never do that to you. I came to the club tonight to talk to you because Tak sent a mini video of you grooving to my music. I figured you couldn't hate me that much if you were dancing to my shit! I knew I had to come make it right!
Nic: I could never hate you meek! I'm just disappointed. You have given me so much hope, so much to look forward to just to snatch it all back! I feel like you weren't sincere. And it hurts! Like why wasn't I enough?! Why did you need those other girls? What did they have that I didn't? I know I put on weight and I know I'm not as pretty as some other girls but I love you and it was genuine.
Nicki started sobbing and my heart broke! I never meant to crush her spirits! Or make her feel uncomfortable with who she was! Nicki is beautiful... The baddest female I've ever laid eyes on! I gently grabbed her arm and pulled her to me. Kissing her hair and rubbing her back. She pulled back and I tilted her chin up to taste her lips. Before I knew it we were in a full fledged lip lock. I pulled away biting her lip with my teeth. "Nic you're beautiful! I don't ever wanna hear you say otherwise! There isn't one girl who has shit on you!" I told her and stood up. Standing her up I wrapped my arms around her waist lifting her up and heading upstairs to her bedroom.
