Chapter 7

I looked at him then looked away trying not to seem interested in his handsome looks. I looked around at the people at this table and they were all girls basically drooling over the alpha.
Then the girl on my left tapped my shoulder. I turned my head it was looking at her. I studied her. She had tanned skin, Beautiful Hazel eyes, and her dirty blonde hair was in a tight bun.
She smiled at me "So are you going up to the Alpha or not?" She asked

I looked at her and shook my head calmly and smiled. Her smiled Then went to a frown

"You know if you don't come up to him your chances of becoming the Alpha's mate is low."

I shrugged "I don't really care if I am not it. I don't need to go to him. He needs to come to me" I explained

She rolled her eyes and got up walking over to the Alpha. Then so did other girls of my table until I was the last one. With more girls coming up to him making a bigger crowd that gap between the Alpha and I closed.

There wasn't much to do if you weren't talking or harassing the Alpha. I looked around and saw the rest of his pack sitting calmly and his mother talking to other people.
I continued sitting in my chair until I felt a presence infront of me. I then looked up and saw beautiful green eyes staring at me. Then I noticed it was the alpha.
He smiled and asked "How come you aren't in that crowd of girls."
I smiled and looked up at him "Well I am not about that life. You should come to me not I should come to you."
He laughed and said "Alright then we have a feisty one."

"I am not feisty. I am just telling the facts."

He nodded "Well What is your name."

"Re-" Then I Quickly made my mind think of the fake name "Bella."

He raised an eyebrow "What is with the Re?"

I smiled "Rebella! That is my full name, but call me Bella please."

The Alpha nodded and quitely said "I thought you were going to say something else."

I raised an eyebrow "Who"

He gulped and looked up "The most feared werewolf Assassin Red."

My face looked so worried and terrified, but deep down I was smriking that I won that title and that I wore a cloak that covered my face.

"Oh no. That is terrible. I can't believe someone would to that." I lied simply. I didn't care about their kind.

He nodded "A heartless creature."

Then he looked at me straight in the eye and asked "Are you a werewolf yourself?"

I gulped and looked around quickly. I didn't know what to say. If I said yes he probably would ask me to prove or if I say no he might kick me out. Either way I was screwed and the effect wasn't going to be in my favor.

I looked down and shook my head.

He lifted my head up with his hand under neath my chin and smiled.

"You don't need to be ashamed of it. A lot of people who come aren't werewolves. "

I laughed "And I thought you were going to kick me out?"

He was about to say another word go me, but another girl broke up our conversation. It was about time someone did I was counting how many minutes or seconds it would take for these girls to come in our conversation.

I smiled at him and left my seat which the girl took it.

I sighed and walked out of the ballroom and went into a long hallway which there was painting and large pictures of the previous Alpha's and their mates next to them.

I started walking through the hallway looking at the pictures. There was a pattern in all the pictures. It was the Alpha sitting down in some sort of chair while their mate was standing up next to them. Then I finally saw Mason's parents photo which was the last one was very different compare to the others.
His mother was in a beautiful black dress and she had a baby bump. Instead of the Alpha sitting in the chair and the mate standing next to him they were both standing up. The Alpha had a hand on her baby bump and kissing her cheek. Mason's mother looked very happy in the picture.
It was a cute picture I have to admit. Then I heard a voice said "Miss, the party is out here." I turned around facing the man and smiled "Oh I am sorry. I was just looking for the restroom."

He nodded "I can show you where it is?"

I shook my head "I am fine. I can hold it."

I walked back in the ballroom and sat down at my table. I was the only one sitting in the whole room. Everyone was on the dance floor dancing to soca.

Then a man came up to me and extended his hand. "Would you like to dance?"

I looked up into his dark brown eyes and shook my head and quitely said "I am really not the best dancer compare to everyone else here."

He shrugged "Doesn't matter at least you are doing some movement to the beat you are good."

I laughed and took his hand "Alright I'll dance."

We walked to the dance floor together and started dancing. I was trying to do a dance step for every beat, but the beat was getting faster and faster every second.
The man smiled and said "You are getting it see."

Then a girl went by his side and kissed him on the cheek. My face went bright red and I quickly let go of his hands.

"Oh I am so sorry."

The girl shrugged "It is okay. I told him to get you. Calm down."

I laughed "I did."

She nodded and she started dancing infront of me. She had dark brown skin which complemented her violet and Brown mixed eyes. She wore a dark purple skater dress with her dark brown hair up.

She smiled "I am Crystal and you?"

"I am Bella!" I replied contiued dancing

She nodded and continued dancing.

I looked to my right and saw the Alpha getting it on. He could really dance and he was amazing at it. Also right next to him was his mother who can dance too.

The DJ played other types of style of music and the lights in the room were turning different colors. I smiled at the thought that I wasn't killing werewolves, but having fun.

Then before I noticed someone said in the microphone that the party was over. I frowned a bit and then waved at Crystal goodbye and then at the Alpha. He didn't noticed because he was distracted by other thirsty girls.

I walked outside and the cold night air hugged me causing me to get chills. I saw Kyle leaning against his BMW waiting for me.
I saw him and ran over to him and smiled. He did a slight smile to me and said "Y'all party until 3:00 in the morning." He laughed. He opened the back door for me which I climbed in and sighed.

He started driving back to the hotel until the thought hit me.

"What if I am the Alpha's mate and I do love him. Do I still kill him."
