Prologue.
My name is Emily Hearted, I am 16 years old. I'm Canadian and proud to be one. Even though I lived in England until a few mouths ago, I was born in Canada (The best place to live in the world). Where am I living now you may ask? The most beautiful place in the world Australia. Okay I lied, the last two places that I lived in our beautiful too, but I love it here. So peaceful, so opened. It feels like home. It feels like Canada.
I lived in Canada until I was 8, then my parents got divorced. It was a bad marriage, a really bad one. they were fighting all the time, I couldn't get them to stop. I didn't want them to get divorced but it was the right thing to do. I moved to England with my dad, just before my 9th birthday. It seemed weird without her. When I was 11, my mom got sick with cancer and in a few mouths she was goon, everything changed. Even my dad.
England wasn't so bad. After about a week I made a friend, and not just a kid in the neighborhood that I played with. A real friend, one who I told all my secrets to. One that I could trust in almost anything. Even though he is 3 years older then me, we are vary close. Harry is my best friend, My brother. My big older brother. You may think that when Harry started high school he wouldn't want to hang around a little kid as myself, but he never tried to ditched me.
Harry and I did separate, Harry got on the X-Factor then left me. Did he forget about me? Oh I don't know. I hope not. Now he's apart of a boy band called One Direction. You probably heard of them right? You should know now that my best friend or was my best friend is Harry Styles.
My dad dropped the bomb on me three mouths ago that we had to move to Australia. Not even a mouth later we got on a plain and moved to Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. I've now lived here for about two mouths, school hasn't started yet so I have no friends. I'm not a little kid anymore I just can't go outside and find someone to play with. My dad found a new girlfriend after 3 weeks, Andrada (My dad and I call her Andrea). Now her and her daughter Samreen (Most people call her Sam) are living with us.
My grade 11 year starts in a week (It's grade 11 in Canada) I'm scared a little bit. I'm not really good at making friends. But I'll see how it goes.
