*His POV*
I don't want to see what she wrote but I need to know whether or not she'll help me. I wait a few minutes after she continues working on her notes before I open my schedule. I wasn't exactly expecting what she wrote. Does she really have the same classes as me? A part of me was glad we have the same classes but another part of me didn't trust it. I had no one else to go to so I decided to trust her for now. I look at my next class and see that it's English. I hate English. In fact I hate all of my classes. All of them except art and music. I find myself wondering which classes she likes. I wanted to ask her name. I don't know what it is about her but she seems vaguely familiar. The Bell rings driving me out of my thoughts. Before I knew it my guide was up and moving towards the door. Man she's fast!

*Alice's POV*
I should have never agreed to help him. Everyone is staring at us. I mean him. Well if they're staring at him, they're probably wondering why he's following me. I can feel my face getting hot as I blush. I stare at my feet, letting my hair fall around my face. I can hear them whispering about us. Picking up my pace, I turn into the classroom only to collide into something hard. As I stumble backwards into new kid I hear a deep chuckle.

"This your new boyfriend or something?" I know this voice all too well. I remain silent and keep my head down. "Come on Alice, tell us who he is."

"He's the new kid, Blake. I don't know who he is."

"What's your name kid?" I turn around to face the new kid. When he lifts his head and looks me in the eyes, I can feel butterflies in my stomach. He has perfect emerald eyes.

"My name is Jeffery."

"Well Jeff, Alice is my girl so don't go putting the moves on her." I hate it when he calls me his girl. I hate him more than anything. I'd never ever be his girl. Ew. The Bell rings and Blake brushes past me, not taking his eyes off Jeff.

"So uh Jeff we should probably get to class."

"Yeah let's go." He nods in agreement and gestures towards the door. "Ladies first."

My face turns pink as I walk past him, into class.
