Chapter 6 Gunmetal

Jeff's Pov

Now its like 2 hrs pass away from finding and searching hotel but there's nothing.If I found one 99% are closed caz its almost midnight by now.I look at Jane and she's still asleep.Gosh if without her I could easily climb up on some trees and take a lil nap.I sigh and think to give up but then I spot a red flashing light sign.I turn around and take a look lucky enough that sign says'HOTEL'and its what we're finding so I quickly run it without second thought.
Another lucky things is there's no one on the counter so I guess I may take some advantage and save my pocket.I use one hand to open a drawer since another hand is use to carry Jane and grab one of the key, quickly push a drawer back and run up into the second floor.I look at the key that I stole and the number of our room is 206 and it also says that if the number of the room is 200 up its in 3rd floor and I guess I should walk up again.
Not so long I had arrive into my room.The stair of floor 2-3 is ALOT longer than the stair from floor 1-2 so it takes alot of energy plus with a weight of Jane kinda making it worse even she's not really heavy.I insert the key in a hole, twist it and the door unlock kick it and finally enter the room.
I turn back and use my legs to closed the door, quickly lay Jane on a bed and sit down beside her taking a rest.Take a look at the clock and it's 2.36 so maybe its time to sleep.I stand up and pull a blacket over her body then walk to a sofa,take my sleeping mask and wear it.I also took one pillow from the bed so sleeping on sofa wont be that bad.I lay my head down closed my eye and start drifting of to sleep but then a loud beep noise interrupt me.I quickly wake up and reach down to my hoodie pocket and grab my knife.Then I heard that speakers saying something that make me know that true shit is coming.

"dear every customera, sorry to wake you up in the night but we have notice that there's criminal in this hotel.But dont worry, the police have arrive here.Pls support them to check your room.Thank you verry much".

I just freaking walk for a miles searching for hotel and when Im resting they're going to kick my ass out? Hell no.I look at Jane, she's in complete peaceful mode and if I wake her up we'll ended up cutting each other guts.Then a loud bang makes me catch my sense.Looks like a door opening sound and it's really close. Wait, How da hell that the police are getting up here so fast and it means Im screwed caz the sound come from the room that is next to me.I quickly carry Jane up again but make it smooth enough not to wake her and ran into a bathroom since I know the police are going to check the closet first second they step in and if I hide there I'll surely get bad end.They kick the door and trow some can inside and there's gas sound streaming out from it and a sweet smell of sleeping pills touch my nose. Wait it isnt pill its gas.Doubble doom bruh.I start feeling my eye trying to close down but I hold it and my mind start to blur away.I took a deep breath and hold it so I wont take the effect too much then I use my hand to cover her mouth and nose caz she aredy have old effect of sleeping from those punk and if she took more she'll turn into sleeping beauty for sure.A secound pass by from the sleeping gas rush out they start to enter the room.I peep out and see there's 3 of them.If Im in normal state that would pretty be easy peasy but since I breath in sleeping gas taking one step from here is even hard.My mind fading from the effect and I fall to my knees making one of the shampoo fall and all the police turn there face to the bathroom where Im hiding.I took one another deep breath and then I lie Jane down.Try to stand up then I grab my knife.One of the police start to walk in,he aim his gun at us and then step inside.A second his shoes touch the floor I quickly trust my knife down to his neck.The blood gush out to my face and his limb body fall down.Two other police start to shoot there guns but I hid behind the wall so they're wasting there bullets and not so long there're out of them.I jump out of my hid place then slice my knife through there bodies and they sleep.One have a big gap in his back and its deep enough to see his spine and some organs.Another have a hole in his skull caz I stab him in his ear and then twist the knife before pull out so there's also a brain splitting out.I fall down one the floor bearing my eye lids then I try to crawl back, stand and carry Jane up use my last strength and run down to floor one with a group of police fallowing my trail.I head toward a forest since it's best place to hid for me.But as long I run my consciousness
Is also draining.I need to quickly find a place to rest soon before I'll collapse down on the ground.A second before my vision blur away I see a warehouse not so far so I rush there as fast as I could.There's many containers so I lie Jane down behind one of them and I ran somewhere far and fall down,panting.My vision and my sense continue fading away until I feel a sharp object pointing on my neck and call back everything.

Jane's Pov

"Feel sleepy huh? "I ask him as I press a tip of my knife on his neck.He chuckle before using his hand and push the knife away."It's not nice to point an knife on someone's neck who just save you".He reply withan ominous voice.As a flash he jump up, ran behind me and try to stab me but it missed.Maybe because he had an effect of sleeping gas.Well truely Im awake since he lie my down on the bed at the hotel and all the rest Im just pretending sleeping.He start to ran away but then I catch him by his hand then pull him back trowing him to one container.He dont really get much effect and ran to me.I move to dodge but He didnt run pass me he just stop and kick me causing me to fall down.I swiftly stand up aiming him but then he run to me, jump to my side and slash my arm.Blood start to zipping out from it.I look around finding him but he vanish into an air.He must hiding behind one of containers.I start walking around search for him every inch but there's nothing which I know it isnt.I turn back and see Jeff behind me so I jump at him and pin he down on the floor pointing the tip of my knife to his neck.
"Any last word?".I ask him pressing my knife till little blood start to drip out.He Just look at my face with no reaction.No fear, No happy, No sad.Just a poker face.I press my knife more but he just chuckle."Ay Janey.. ",He said,"Your funnier than I thought..".I feel my palm start to sweat after i hear him say like that.I quickly stand up watching Jeff.He start to laugh like a maniac.Isnt he suppose to be knock out caz of the sleeping effect?I slowly move backward.Clench my fist prepare for any attack.Jeff slowly stand up and as I see he still had an effect on him.He chuckle once more.Then he start to walk away which I couldn't let it happen.I tackle him but he's too fast,He dodge i and the grab me by shoulder pinning me down on a container and quickly burry his face into a my neck.My eyes widen as he start licking it slowly.
"J..Jeff what are you.. "I ask him while trying to push him out but I have no idea where are all my strength.I feel like.. Like Im melting.. My body start calming down but my mind isnt.Its soo fussy like there was a gigantic hurricane inside my head.He slowly move his head down to my collarbone and slowly bite it. Not too hard but not to soft and continue nibbling them.My eye slowly close down but then a siren's noise interrupt us.
He stop and we both and look at each other.
"Well maybe we could continue later.. ".He said while playing with my hair and walk away.I fall to my knees thinking what just happened.H..he just..I trail my hand over my neck and I feel it kinda wet.I quickly pull out and wipe it.I stand up looking arround and I see a group of police were rushing here.Maybe the same group that we just escape.Well why are we waiting? I run into the backdoor of a warehouse, close it the head myself straight to the forrest.
