As Naruto lay there, he hadn't noticed a hollow sneaking up on him. The hollow was about to attack when Naruto's eyes shot open. "What the hell!" was all he could get out as he ran from the hollow. "Get away from me!". Naruto then tried to make a shadow clone, to no avail. "What, why can't I make a shadow clone?" Kurama couldn't answer because he was just as surprised as Naruto was. The hollow was gaining on him, Naruto couldn't think of anything to do. He then just stopped running, Kurama was shocked to say the least. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING KID, IF YOU STOP RUNNING, WE'LL DIE!" Naruto sighed, "then that's the price i pay for not keeping my promise." The fox sighed as well, "then it was nice knowing you, Naruto". Just as the hollow was about to attack, Naruto heard someone say, "shoot to kill, shinso", and just as the hollow was about to attack, Naruto noticed a sword sticking out of it's mask. The hollow suddenly disappeared. "Who's there?" was all the young boy could muster. The figure that had saved him appeared to be in his twenties. He had white hair, and a devilish grin. He approached Naruto. "My name is Gin Ichimaru, and I'm going to take you to my master, so he can train you. He'll make you into something stronger than anyone in your village could imagine. So, do we have a deal?" the Uzumaki simply nodded, "then lets go".
