Maybe it was silly but when Niall started this whole "parker" thing, he had this thought that maybe Louis would instantly realize Niall was the person behind the name and that he would realize that Niall was trying so damn hard to get his attention. It sucks for Niall though because Louis really believes there is a person named parker somewhere in the world who talks to him on kik with the username parkerthesuperman, and boy would he be disappointed that the charming and funny guys he's been talking to over kik was nothing more than his boring and shy bandmate.

There have been many times Niall has thought about deleting the parker account forever and he gets really close to doing so... until he sees Harry and Louis leave the house to do another thing without him and he just can't bring himself to do it, because he knows or well thinks that it is the only way for Louis to ever have interest in Niall. Maybe not even that, because No one has an interest in Niall. No one really notices all, and Niall tries to pretend it doesn't hurt he really does, but it's so hard to do when it's constantly put in your face that you are the odd one out of the group.

Niall isn't the best at making good decisions, though, that's why he was texting Louis as a different name, trying to pretend to be someone he's not after all. That's also why he rationalized that self-harming would be a great idea. It had only been like 6 months since he first started, but he noticed that it really did help him feel better. It's not like the other boys noticed that niall started to dress in the bathrooms instead of in front of each other like they always had. So Niall figured he was safe keeping it hidden from them. He didn't even have to go out of his way to hide it, it's just no one noticed the time his arms sleeves came up, or the time a bit of blood seeped through his shirt. Then again it all brings it back to the start no one noticing him.

That's why this was so good to all. He was finally getting noticed by someone, even if it wasn't really technically him. Nothing he told Louis other than the fact that his name is Parker was a lie. He was able to let someone know, let someone inside his walls, because it wasn't actually him and that's what made it so easy. Niall could see over this first week as Parker, that Louis has been slowly beginning to smile when he checks his phone, and constantly checks and that'

s another reason Niall still does it.

Despite all the progress "parker" has made with Louis, Louis still looks at Harry likes he's the only one in the world, and Niall wishes a lot that he could be on the receiving end of that look. The worst part is, Harry is totally oblivious to that look and it's like he's leading Louis on because he doesn't know he needs to shut him down. Sometimes he just wanted to slap them both.

Louis is sometimes just a little bit annoying, but Niall loves it anyways.

ParkertheSuperman: Yes?

Niall sits and waits for Louis's response

LewisisAwesome: Neil is being boring, why can't he talk about cool stuff.

Ouch. That hurt Niall, but at least now he knew not to talk about the stuff he had previously been talking about

Parkerthesuperman: oh... that sucks

How else could he reply to that?

LewisisAwesome: I know right!

Niall doesn't reply after that, he's too upset.
