Today was Chynas birthday and I had so much to do. Jordan had dropped Chyna off at his moms house and he was supposed to have been back 2 hours ago. Candy had come over early to help me set up. We had 3 jumpers, a dj, Disney characters, a horse ride, and a face painting stations.
" Jordan wanted all this shit and he ain't even here to help" I said annoyed
" this won't be the first time you did this without him" Candy said
I let out a frustrated sigh. I had been texting and calling him all morning, I text him one more time

Me: Wtf are you doing
Me: let you not show up, you gone know something
" I still need to go get the cake" I said
" you finish setting up and I'll go get it when I go get my nieces and nephew"
" thank you" I said while giving her a hug
" I got you, I'll see you in a minute"
And with that she left. I finished setting up. It was 1:50pm and the party started at 2. I called Jordan's mom to let her know she could bring Chyna, my baby was gone be so surprised. I told her she wasn't having a party since she didn't wanna give me a kiss before she left. The more I thought about Jordan not being here the more angrier I got

Me: I'm not playing either

I put my phone in my pocket and made sure everything looked perfect. Chyna walked in with her granny and her eyes lit up she was so excited.
"Happy birthday princess lets go put on your blue and white dress mommy bought you" I said picking her up. After I got her dressed I fixed her hair up into a bun and she ran outta my lap.
"Wait Chyna" I said as I caught up with her to put her crown on.
"Thank you mommy it's so pretty" she said with the biggest smile on her face
Seeing how excited she was made me so happy. Next thing you know the backyard was flooded with people mostly family members and my friends kids. Everything seemed to be going well the kids played and ate. About 20 minutes into the party Candy came back.
"You went all out girl" Candy said as she sat the cake down
"Anything for my baby"
"I know that's right you ready to sing happy birthday"
"Ugh I'm trying to wait for Jordan's stupid ass I know he wouldn't wanna miss it"
"Bitch how tf he gone be late to his child's first party since he been out"
"Girl right. He gone know something alright wait til his ass walk through this door." I said getting frustrated.
"Haha well let me know when you wanna get the kids together to sing" candy said walking off
I reached in my pocket to check my phone and still no text from Jordan. I folded my arms and starting breathing heavy as much as I wanted to scream I knew I had to keep my composure.

"This everything" I said taking the money out of the bag handing it to Marco
"Ahh good let me make sure you not bullshitting me" he said laughing as he counted it
"Man it's all there u good wit me" I said at the side of my mouth
"Nice come back and see me next week" he said giving me my cut
