It was Christmas Eve and both of your families along with the boys were gathered around the table. You and Calum planned to tell your family that you were engaged, and he was really nervous. You have been engaged for over 2 months and you've still only told the boys. Their initial reaction was shock because you were both so young, but eventually they got used to it. Calum was fumbling with his hands under the table. You rested your hand on his and he looked at you. He stared into your eyes as if to ask if he should tell them. You nodded at him with an encouraging smile and he turned to your parents. He waited for them to finish their conversation then he cleared his throat. Everyone looked at him, "We have to tell you all something" he spoke while staring at you. Everyone nodded staring at you two, "Y/n and I are engaged and are planning to get married next October" he spit the words out as fast as he could. They all started congratulating us and asking things like "Can I see the engagement ring?" or "Are you guys moving in together?". You happily answered all of them and continued on with your family dinner. When you got home he engulfed you in a hug and kissed you passionately. You went to sleep smiling because you knew you had a supportive family and a sexy fiancé.
