DRINK HERBAL TEA!!! Herbal tea is a refreshing, low maintenance drink that is inexpensive. It is just like regular tea, but it has no caffeine AT ALL! The different herbs (yes, ACTUAL HERBS) help different ailments or problems you might have (i.e. stomach aches, cramps, headaches, anxiety, and so much more!!). And, you can find the tea just about any store that sells food (gas station marts, convenience stores, supermarkets (DUH), etc...). Drinking the herbal tea is also good for your health! :)


Direction:

Boil water

Once boiled (or just really hot), pour into mug of your choice

Place tea bag in mug of steaming water

Enjoy!

WAIT! Before enjoying your sane-warrior beverage, I would recommend placing a couple ice cubes in the mug to simulate the heat and bring it down SO YOU DON'T BURN EVERY MOUSEBRAINED AREA IN YOUR MOUTH!!!! (like i did :3)
