liam was anxiously walking around his small house.

what is he supposed to tell louis?

how's he gonna arrange the date?

i should just tell him that the boy died

"stupid, stupid, stupid," liam hit himself three times.

louis called in a few minutes ago, telling him that he did break up with harry and liam was pretty surprised because he didn't come here and cry.

louis also said that he was going to move in temporarily in liam's house for a week or two and liam being liam, he said of course.

he was nervous.

louis was expecting the date to be today.

and liam isn't ready.

at all.

the door bell rang and liam's eyes widened.

he's here

he slowly walked to the door and opened it.

"hey li," louis smiled.

liam hugged him then pulled back.

"hey buddy. come on in," he opened the door wider and louis stepped in.

and that's when he saw it.

the red mark of a hand on louis' left cheek.

"louis? did harry hit you?"

louis looked at him,"um, what? no."

"explain the red hand mark then," liam crossed his arms.

"can we just talk about this later, li? i'm tired," louis faked a yawn.

"no," he bluntly said. "i'm gonna take your bag upstairs and we're gonna have a long talk." he pointed.

louis nodded.

"hey, um, harry? can we talk?" louis said nervously.

he slowly sat down on the couch.

harry was watching a football (soccer) game while eating chips and yelling at the players. which was kind of funny to louis because why waste your breath?

"yeah babe?" harry said but didn't look at him.

"i-i, um, i think we should take a break,"

harry didn't care at first, thinking that louis was joking.

"harry? did you hear me?"

"what do you mean?" he said after he muted the tv.

"i think w-we need to take a break," louis stuttered.

"oh and why's that?" harry said.

"um, because- uh, i-i don't know. i just need a break," louis said.

harry stood up.

"get up,"

louis gulped and stood up shakily.

"tell me why," he demanded.

"because i-"

before he could answer, he felt a sharp sting on his cheek.
